The villa and accommodation is very exclusive and totally private, the nearest neighbour is over 200 metres away and all accommodation is unoverlooked.

Changeover day
Most flights arrive in Skiathos on Friday so changeover is usually then. We are flexible to your booking needs.

Outside
Outside there are 2 acres of private garden with mature fruit trees including Plum, Fig, Apricot, Grape vine, Oranges, Lemons, etc. Large gas Outback BBQ, extensive shaded/terrace areas. This is a beautiful, tranquil setting perfect for getting away from it all but close to all facilities so you can make the most of his beautiful Greek island.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes driving to the nearest beach although I have walked it (briskly) in 12 minutes. Equidistant between the sandy Aghia Paraskevi and Kolios beaches and close to the other 64 beaches on the island.
Special interest holidays
The valley is one of the last nesting grounds for the beautifully voiced nightingale and regularly you see hares and pheasants walking across the private meadow outside the house. Birds of prey circle high above and you are surrounded by virgin protected forestland on three sides. A perfect location for birdwatchers, walkers or families wishing for a private location near shops, restaurants and beaches.
Travel
The villa is 15 minutes drive from Skiathos (JSI) international airport. Car hire is essential and highly preferential rates can be arranged.
Distances
15 minutes from the centre of Skiathos town, no more than half an hour from any of the 66 beaches on the island or 20 minutes from the historic monasteries of Skiathos.

Bookings require 50% deposit with remainder 6 weeks before departure.
