This is a most delightful house, which would be ideal for a large group of family or friends. It is conveniently divided into 3 separate sections each with their own fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Brilliantly designed for you to gather as a group by the large pool or at the top of the garden where you can get together for a fabulous meal. There is a fantastic barbecue and pizza oven area complete with gas hobs, running water, large table and all dining accessories. The garden is a sheer pleasure with much thought devoted to planting - crammed with tumbling geraniums, giant clusters of bougainvillea and plumbago throughout the many terraces with endless nooks and crannies for children to explore. There is table tennis, a dartboard and outdoor chess. There are wonderful shady areas as well as beds in the sun. The small village of Loggos is 5 mins drive with a good selection of delicious tavernas, waterside bars & wonderful bakery. Unforgettable

| Kitchen: | 3 fully fitted kitchens all with electric cookers, hobs, fridges, freezers and open plan seating area. The cupboards are fully equipped for even the most accomplished cooks. One of the kitchens is just by the pool which makes preparing lunch a delight. |
| Utility Room: | Laundry room which serves all 3 apartments full of clean towels and spare sheets. Washing machine and hanging area. |
| Living Rooms: | 3 comfortable living rooms with television and DVD players. One has a double sofa bed. They are open plan to the kitchen and are a great place to spend in the heat of the day or, in Autumn months, in the evening. |
| Other: | Each of the living areas are on 2 floors. All three apartments are in one building which makes for comfortable sharing. The house is incredibly comfortable for 12 adults or could take 14 with children. |

Notes on accommodation
Free WiFi in local town of Gaios. We are able to organise anything you could wish for: babysitters, cooks, extra maid service, boats, cars, etc etc.
The house is perfectly situated for quick trips to the beach, walks through the woods, lazing by the pool or wandering up to the local Taverna for lunch.

Outside
Stunning alfresco eating area at top of garden. Fully equipped with cooking equipment, gas hobs, BBQ and pizza oven. Foodies' paradise. Amazing gardens full of beautiful flowers. Large pool with Roman steps. Many sun loungers and different places to sit either in the sun or shade. Games in every corner of the garden.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is in Loggos, 5 minutes drive. It is possible to hire boats which is a wonderful way to explore the many coves on the east coast of this tiny unspoilt island.
Travel
Fly to Corfu (Easyjet or charter airlines). Taxi to port (we can arrange to have you met at airport). Seataxi, Hydrofoil or seaplane. We can help you with all transfers.
Distances
The house is in the tiny village of Fontana where there is a wonderful taverna which is walking distance. It is 2km to the nearest beach where it is possible to hire a boat. 2km to Loggos (tavernas and 3 supermarkets as well as amazing bakery). 3km to Gaios (large selection of shops and restaurants). The beach of Monadendri is a must - spend the day here lounging on the fantastic teak decking by the beach, cocktails at sunset and a delicious lunch...it's a place to see and be seen.
Further details
The tiny island of Paxos is a great place to relax and get away from it all. For the more intrepid it is possible to get to other islands for the day: travel by sea plane to Corfu, Ithaca, Kefalonia and Lefkas or take the ferry to nearby Anti Paxos or go further afield. There is so much to do on the island itself from fishing and sailing to water skiing, windsurfing and swimming. The walking is world renowned on Paxos and there are many trails all over the island. There are fantastic restaurants and bars in all the villages: sample the local wine, cocktails as well as the delicious seafood and fish on offer. We can recommend our favourite restaurants and bars so you'll never be bored.
