Notes on prices
The present price is for 4 people, we add 5 euros per day for an extra person.
The use of air-conditioner is 10 euros per day.

Notes on accommodation
We recommend you our villa as it's perfect for families with children and groups of friends. The seafront position gives the easy access to the beach. We (owners) live nearby, so we'll take care of you and do our best to make you feel at home.

Accessibility
Our property has good wheelchair access to the bungalows and to the beach.
Outside
The bungalows are literally by the seaside, the place is
surrounded with trees you can rest in the shade or have a cup of tea sitting at a balcony, enjoying a slight breeze coming from the sea. There's also a playground for your children to combine swimming with other activities.
Outside there's also a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
You have nothing to do but go out and you are on the beach, that is both sandy and pebble. It is very safe, the sea deepens gradually and the water is so clean that you'll be impressed how clear the sea is and understand why they say about the virginity of this place.
Travel
Our villa is situated in a small charming and very typical Greek village Chrani. It is about 35 km from Kalamata airport. You can get here by taxi (25 euros), we can arrange it for you if you wish.
Distances
Our village Chrani is in the south of Peloponnese, the land of ancient history, possessed of fascinating myths and living traditions as it's seen in its medieval castles, Byzantine towns and other historical monuments. Here is Olympia (80km) where the statue of Olympian Zeus was found, Mistra, Koroni, Methoni (20km) with their medieval castles, Finikouda-are places worth visiting.
Further details
Every corner of the Peloponnese presents a new challenge. One of them is Chrani - a small village with exceptional beauty, a combination of a peaceful landscape, superb sandy beach, imposing cliffs and the high mountain range, Taigetos, at the opposite side.
Chrani has become very popular with tourists for its quietness and local hospitality.
Everything is close to hand: minimarkets, bus stop, local restaurants. The first one you see from the bungalows is “VERANDA” with its stunning view (upstairs) and traditional Greek kitchen. It belongs to our family and we make special offers to the clients of our bungalows. Downstairs is cafe open at midday for lunch and later you can enjoy the evening coolness listening to the music and having a drink. Besides there’s a small tourist office where they help you to choose travelling destinations, hire a car, a bike, etc.
Booking notes
The initial deposit of 20% of the total holiday value is required at the time of booking. This deposit will reserve Villa in your name. The deposit is not returnable if you cancel your holiday more than 21 days after booking has been confirmed. A Letter of Confirmation will be sent to you at the time of booking confirming your booking details
and the date on which the Balance is required. The Balance should be paid 3 weeks before your arrival to Villa. Please in EURO.
