Set within 200 yards of a superb free beach running for hundreds of meters, having other beautiful sandy beaches within a mile or so.The area is very much Greek and residential, with little tourism, although all shops restaurants etc speak good English. Served by an abundance of taxi's, bus's and there is a tram system going though to Athens about a mile away.Set in the beautiful Voula, by the exclusive area of Vouliagmeni, being about 12 miles from the center of Athens. Only a couple of miles from Glyfada with its variety of designer boutiques, restaurants, harbours, beaches and night life. Approx. 15 minutes of Athens Airport. Fully furnished as a home, with quality furniture and renewed appliances and not as a holiday let, there is TV, DVD, Ipod player, air-con to all rooms, fully centrally heated for the Winter. Two bedrooms both with wardrobes, double beds, a well appointed white bathroom, open plan lounge/dining room, fitted kitchen, with all appliances. Balconies front and rear.

No real fixed day as we don't rent it that often thus probably empty for you before.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with new furniture, full wardrobes, wood flooring and double bed. Bedroom 2, with fitted wardrobes, wood flooring and double bed. Both bedrooms have own air-conditioning units as well as radiators and doors opening onto a rear balcony. |
| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom, with nice new white suite, and shower over bath. Washing machine, they are almost always in the bathrooms in Greece! |
| Kitchen: | Fitted kitchen, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, all cutlery and plates etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan lounge with 3 seater sofa and second 2/3 seater, dining room table and chairs, TV, DVD and video, Ipod and CD players. Furnished to a high standard as a home not a holiday let, your honestly would have to pay alot more for the finish in a hotel. |

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning units to each room, apartment has gas central heating for the Winter. There is a gated entry with remote control for gate to drive which leads to parking area, (one space with apartment). Built 9 years ago, and only ever rented for the Olympics and a few times - selectively since (excellent references off them will be provided), the property is set in a central location, close to beaches and main road links. and in a small apartment building with Greek neighbours, none others are rented as holiday lets thus quite and Greek, although all the neighbours are friendly and speak English.
The property is first floor with lift access, and overlooks the small junior school to the front, mostly it's playground and a bit of the building, therefore has an open aspect with few buildings and nobody is actually close by looking on to our balcony, which is delightful at night, affording property privacy.
Accessibility
Lift to all floors. A few steps up to the main door to the apartment building.
Outside
Communal gardens front an rear.
Coast/Beach
There is a free beach over the road (200 metres approx) running the whole length of the coast and lots of beaches all around the area, I have lots of photos I can provide and also can recommend some. Some charge a few Euros entry but thus have facilities eg cafe, internet, food etc, the free beaches generally do not.
Golf
Glyfada has a golf course 10 minutes away but this is not a regarded as a golfing area.
Skiing
Only on water!
Travel
Athens Airport is about 15 miles 20 minutes by taxi (25 euros). Pieriars Port is 20-25 minutes. Lots of car hire available at the airport or around town. Taxi's are cheap and very plentiful as are buses from the airport to the apartment and generally locally.
Distances
We are 0.5mile from Voula shops and restaurants, there is a supermarket a couple of hundred metres away (speak English), Vouliagmeni is 2 miles away max, and Glyfada 3-4 miles, great designer shopping town, very good exclusive shops, and very cosmopolitan. Athens is about 12-15 miles, 20 minutes away ( by car ) bus / tram a little longer, down one road all the way to the sites and history.
Further details
Lots of banks around the area, including HSBC in Voula. The area is second to none and known throughout Greece as an exclusive area. There are some great places to eat, swim and enjoy, and I can provide details of anything you need.

Booking, please see the dates available, weekly rental Minimum. We are happy to do long term lets at rates to be agreed. Deposit 20% on booking and balance payable 8 weeks before as usual with holidays. Otherwise don't know only just started to rent the apartment out! Call or email me.

Guest comments
The apartment is well located, with easy access on one major road through to the centre of Athens, to Vouliagmeni, a delightful neighbouring resort about five minutes away by car and to its nearest town, Glyfada, about ten minutes by car. We used Glyfada for meals out and trips to shops – an extensive choice there which would suit many tastes.
The apartment was of a good size with two separate and bright bedrooms. A large lounge-with-kitchen leads on to a wide balcony which catches the sun up to noon. The rear smaller balcony catches the sun in the afternoon and evening. It felt much more comfortable than a we expected.
Our highest praise must go to Nigel, the owner, for he helped us out very swiftly when we lost keys just before travelling. His speedy response to all our questions also gave us confidence that what we had booked would be as so accurately described.
We’re sure that anybody booking the apartment would enjoy its location and its facilities–many thanks.
