Marble steps lead to 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with 2 double iron handmade beds and 1 single iron handmade bed, which can be hidden right beneath the double bed, if not required. Floor includes one big bathroom with shower. Kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenware, cutlery, independent at each room satellite flat screen TVs in each room. |

Each villa has its own private pool, size 10 x 6 meters and 9 x 5 meters (ext dims). Depth up to 1.80cm. Wonderful garden with beautiful patio, outdoor furniture - umbrellas, sun beds, garden tables and garden chairs, exclusive barbecue for each villa plus one wood oven for traditional Greek plates!

3 min driving from the wonderful turquoise waters with exceptional sand and rocky cliffs beach of Kathisma where parapenting is a very common activity.
3 min driving from the exceptional, picturesque beach of Aghios Nikitas, village with taverns, night bars. Lefkas by night.
20 min driving from the world wide known, awarded by EU as the best beach in Europe, Porto Katsiki.

Nearest airport Aktion Pvk, 10kms from Lefkas island.
Alternative airport, Athens, 350kms from Lefkas and then you should rent a car.
Renting a car in Lefkas is highly advised as the island has relatively big distances to cover.

Booking notes
Email me a booking confirmation message giving me full names, passport No - pls include a copy attached to email. A return confirmation message will be sent back to you immediately with our bank accounts. Payment of 60% should be made immediately after booking and definitely before arrival date. Rest 40% either cash on day of arrival or again by bank transfer.
