Villa Athena is situated in a prime location on the seafront in Tingaki. The peaceful surroundings and superb views force guests to return year after year! Just a 15 minute walk along the beach road leads you into the centre of the resort. The villa stands in private gardens with views of the sea and the mountains. A 3 minute walk down our own little private road leads you to one of the best beaches on the island...Tingaki.

Notes on prices
The only extra additional cost is for the use of air-conditioning at 5 euros per apartment per night and for those requesting a fifth bed in one of the 2 largest apartments we charge an additional 5 euros per night.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The main bedroom in each apartment has either twin or king size bed (upon request can be made up accordingly), air conditioning and a TV. |
| Bathrooms: | Each with bathroom with shower and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Apartments are very well equipped for those who prefer the freedom of self-catering. 2 ring hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery is provided and cooking utensils including 5 saucepans and frying pan. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room area combined with the kitchenette. The 2 traditional style (built-in), sofa beds in this area are the 3rd/4th beds when needed. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are all provided. Maid service 6 days a week and towels are changed every 2/3 days and linen is changed every 4/5 days. Table cloths and tea towels are changed whenever necessary. |
Notes on accommodation
The use of air conditioning is 5 euros per apartment per night. Families with small children have found us to be the perfect place (many families who enjoy holidaying together -book 3/4 separate apartments, having their separate space yet being together). Young and mature couple seem to want to return to stay with us every year, as they enjoy the comfort in our spacious apartments for a very affordable price!
Villa Athena consists of 5 separate apartments, each of which accommodates 4/5 persons as well as additional space for cots/infants. Maximum capacity when booking all 5 apartments at Villa Athena is up 22 persons plus any infant.
