Welcome to Olive Grove Villa, a new luxury 3 bedroom villa in a fabulous location, nestled within a valley abundant with lush olive groves in a village bursting with Greek tradition, while only 5 minutes drive from the world renowned village of Lindos. The village of Pylona is perfect for a relaxing break and provides an ideal base for exploring the island of Rhodes. The villa boasts breathtaking 360° panoramic mountain views, which can be enjoyed from the 2 first floor bedroom balconies, or from the outdoor hot-tub on the first floor terrace. Decoration is to a high standard and incorporates all the modern facilities required for a comfortable and luxurious stay, including a fully fitted kitchen, hot/cold air-conditioning, wet room and separate bathroom. Externally, the villa features a private swimming pool, outdoor shower, barbecue facilities and carport. We are very accessible to families and couples alike, and will provide a highchair and cot on request.

Kitchen: Brand new fully fitted open plan kitchen diner incorporating fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob. Full range of cooking utensils and crockery including children’s tableware. Contemporary dining table seating 6 people.
Living Rooms: Tastefully furnished to include large corner sofa bed, TV, CD/DVD player, book library, games. Patio doors to front open terrace overlooking swimming pool and gardens.

Cleaned weekly, midweek cleans on request for a small fee payable locally. Quality bedlinen towels provided. Welcome visit and 24hr emergency call out available. Welcome packs containing essential goods or complete shopping deliveries can be arranged.

Accessibility
The villa is easily accessible via a tarmac road to the private carport. The ground floor bedroom and wet room provide extra comfort for people with mobility difficulties.

Outside
Externally, the property features 6 luxury sun loungers surrounding the outdoor 8 x 4m private pool, and a patio table and chairs furnish the pergola-covered main terrace. A barbecue and tools are available for alfresco dining. The garden is stocked with a range of plants, and features a well established olive tree. Outdoor games including garden Jenga and boules are provided.

Coast/Beach
The location of the villa enables easy access to a vast range of beautiful beaches along the south east coast of the island, from quiet coves to popular beaches often with water sports available. Several local beaches have gained blue flag status.
The closest beach, Vlicha bay, is only a 3 minute drive away.

Golf
An award winning par 72 golf course is situated at Afandou, approximately 15 mins drive away.

Special interest holidays
A great location for Lindos wedding couples or guests. Also a short drive from Prasonissi, a mecca for water sports including kite surfing and windsurfing. Scuba diving trips can be arranged from Rhodes town. Several stables offer horse riding around the island.

Travel
Rhodes airport is around 40 mins drive away. Car hire is highly recommended to fully appreciate the diversity of Rhodes, we can suggest a number of local car hire firms offering excellent rates if required. Taxis and local bus services however are easily accessible and reliable on Rhodes.

Distances
The main east coast road is less than 2 mins drive, leading north to Rhodes town in around 30 mins, or south to Lindos (5 mins), Pefkos (7 mins) or Prasonissi (25 min). Lardos is less than 5 mins away by car.

Further details
Pylona is a traditional Greek village with two excellent tavernas, a children's playground and a village shop, all a short stroll away from the villa. A large hypermarket is situated around 3 minutes drive away. A traditional bakery, butcher, pharmacy and English speaking doctor can be found in Lardos, 5 mins away. Banks and cashpoints are also close by in Lindos or Pefkos.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, followed by the final balance no more than 8 weeks before departure. A security bond of £100 is also payable with the final balance, and is returned immediately after your stay provided no damage has occurred. Payment by instalment is welcomed provided the balance is cleared no more than 8 weeks before departure.
