The villa is perfectly located on the island. Close to 2 excellent tavernas (Greek restaurants), a mini-market, a beach bar, and only 7 kilometers from the main town of Tinos. Not too far from the main town, but far enough to get some peace and quiet and enjoy the beautiful beach which is only a few steps from the property. The beach outside the villa is a sandy beach ideal for relaxing and enjoying beach activities. There is also another beach (a 5 minute walk from the villa) which is rocky and is perfect for snorkeling and diving. So if you are looking for a true beach house on a beautiful Greek island you have come to the right spot. We provide our guests with towels and linen, and the property is cleaned once a week free of charge. We can arrange further services (more frequent cleaning) for an additional cost. |

Outside
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden (900 square meters). The veranda overlooks the garden and has amazing sea views. We have new outdoor furniture on the veranda perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. There is also a BBQ area located outside the villa.
Coast/Beach
Sandy beach right outside the house, and a rocky beach (ideal for snorkeling) 5 minutes walk from the garden.
Travel
The beach house is 7 kilometers from the main town of Tinos (the Port of Tinos). By car it takes about 10 minutes. I recommend hiring a car during your stay in Tinos. Car rental on the island is very convenient. If you need assistance in hiring a car or motor bike don't hesitate to contact us.

Tinos Island is one of the largest of the 16 islands of the Cyclades. It is surrounded by Andros, Syros and Mykonos. It is known for its traditional villages, beautiful beaches, amazing landscapes and its rich history. Tinos is an extremely popular island among Greek tourists who come to visit the great Church of the Panagia and the miraculous Icon of the Virgin Mary. The island is a beautiful destination for people who really want to have a taste of real Greek culture.
Booking notes
Reservation confirmation - for any booking for our Tinos Villa, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or by telephone. In order to secure a booking we need to receive at least two night's deposit. Remaining balance is due upon check out.
Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking.
