Villa Nefeli is well furnished with modern furniture and all the home comforts you need to make your holiday a memorable one. Set in well kept grounds with a BBQ area, sun terrace and private swimming pool, the villa and it's location offer everything needed to provide you with the holiday you deserve. Lindos, overlooked by the magnificent Acropolis and enjoying original cobbled streets, is a must see for all visitors to the island. Nearby Pefkos offers a handful of golden sandy beaches and a plethora or bars and restaurants.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday or Wednesday. However, depending on availability we may accept other days. Please feel free to ask.

| Kitchen: | The spacious kitchen/diner is open plan and opens onto the pool terrace. Fully fitted with full size electric cooker/hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, as well as all essential kitchen items. The dining table seats 6. |
| Living Rooms: | Open & airy, the living room has an open fire, comfortable seating for 6, coffee table, CD player, DVD player and TV & lamps. The patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace. A metal staircase gives access to bedroom 3 and roof terrace with sea views. |
| Other: | There is a large store cupboard under the stairs, which houses the iron and ironing board and is a great space for you to store your suitcases. There are also snorkels and flippers for your use. |

Linen is white cotton and blankets and white towels are supplied. The villa is thoroughly cleaned ready for your arrival. Bedding and towels are changed mid stay (10-14 day duration). The pool is fully maintained for you as are the gardens areas. |

Notes on accommodation
Our villa is fully air conditioned throughout,offering a welcome retreat from the heat outside. This is included in the price of your accommodation but please be aware that electricity is very expensive on the island and we kindly ask that you do not leave the air-con on all day if you are not in the villa.
As the garden is enclosed, it is safe for children to play outside and the well stocked library of books and games also ensures that they are entertained.
There are also flippers and snorkels for your use.
Our property is maintained by a local company, who will be on hand to help with your every need.
This is a non smoking villa. Please feel free to smoke outside, we have provided ash-trays.
The main bin is less than a minutes walk, at the end of the lane and we suggest that for your own comfort you take your rubbish on a regular basis.
Accessibility
Although the villa is located on the flat, there are internal and external steps and staircases and is therefore unsuitable for wheelchair users.
We recommend that you hire a car for your stay but it is not essential as
Villa Nefeli is just a minutes' walk from the bus stop, where you can catch a bus in either direction- south towards Pefkos and beyond or north to Lindos and beyond. This is a very affordable way for you to explore the rest of the island should you choose not to rent a car.
Outside
To the front of Villa Nefeli is a sun terrace and small garden and the private 7 x 9m swimming pool. Dining table and 6 dining chairs as well as sun loungers, sun shade and coffee table are all provided for your comfort. There is a stone built BBQ area for you to enjoy the all important al-fresco dining that is a big part of Greek life and a perfect way to enjoy the warm summer evenings. To the rear of the villa is a private courtyard which provides a perfect get-away from the height of the afternoon heat. Nefeli also has a private car parking space for one vehicle.
Coast/Beach
The magnificent location of Villa Nefeli means that you are only minutes from many beaches.Navarone Beach is less than 1km away and offers beautiful clear green waters. The beautiful St Paul's bay is also close by and is a must for snorkelers! The main beach at Lindos is golden sand and shallow waters, perfect for children and adults alike. Pefkos, less than 1km in the other direction offers a handful of sandy beaches with tavernas and watersports also available.
Golf
There is one 18 hole course located approx 25 mins away in the town of Afandou. The course runs alongside the long beach at Afandou, so even if you do not play, it is worth going with someone who does just for the lovely walk.
For those of you not up to the full course there is an 18 hole crazy golf course just 10 mins from the villa, near the traditional village of Lardos.
Travel
Nefeli is approximately 45 mins drive south from Rhodes airport and easily reached along the main road of the island. Our directions and guide should ensure that you reach the villa without any problems. Along the way you will find many supermarkets where you can shop for essentials.
Distances
The picture postcard village of Lindos is less than 1.5km from Nefeli and is a must see for all visitors to Rhodes. With the impressive Acropolis and narrow cobbled streets, plenty of restaurants,bars and local shops. Lindos also boasts two fabulous beaches. Pefkos is less than 1km in the other direction and is ideal for families and couples-sandy beaches and many restaurants and bars.
Lardos is the best village for butchers, fresh fruit/veg and is approx. 4km from the villa.
Further details
Pefkos has a fantastic bakery and is open long hours. Both Lindos and Pefkos have numerous shops and tavernas, with something to suit all tastes. Both villages benefit from roof top restaurants.There are cash machines in both villages as well as banks and a post office in Lindos.The larger supermarkets are located a little further away, with the nearest one about 4km away. When you decide to have a BBQ there are 2 butchers in the village of Lardos that supply an array of fine meats. Rhodes town holds a fresh produce market on a Wednesday and Saturday each week and the old town of Rhodes is definitely worth a visit, steeped in history and with a maze of cobbled streets for those who love to shop. For those of you who prefer something modern the new town of Rhodes offers a fine selection of shop including M&S, BHS plus numerous trendy boutiques, coffee bars and gift shops as well as some harbour side eateries. Rhodes boasts many places of historical and archeological interest as well as sites of beauty (Seven Springs, Valley of the Butterflies). The contrasting coasts of the east and west combined with the mountainous interior of the island provide something for everyone and Nefeli, located just south of the 'halfway point' of the island, is a great base from which to explore the whole island.
Booking notes
Bookings will be taken all year round. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is requested at time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. There is also a £150 security bond - this is held by the owner and returned to you immediately after your holiday (providing no damage has occurred). This bond is requested to be sent with the 25% deposit. Full details of the booking conditions will be sent in our booking contract.
