Central heating in winter, air-conditioning all year around. Suitable for children, etc. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in all the areas of the residence.

Heated overflowing communal swimming pool (shared by the lodgers of the Aquarius apartments residence) 50m2, parasols, wooden chairs and tables, big trees and flowers, in a 300m2 garden. Shared BBQ in the garden.
The gym and spa area allows for stretching and fitting the body as well as for relaxation, at no extra fee (availability for face treatments, manicure/pedicure at extra charge).

Coast/Beach
15 mins drive to three beaches with safeguard and some more free charge beaches. All beaches are sandy.

Travel
The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos, 30 mins drive, Athens center 18 mins drive, to Glyfada centre 15 mins drive, to Piraeus port 30 mins drive. Car, or bike hire is recommended but not necessary.

Glyfada is a seaside resort and a cosmopolitan place, with elegant shops and shopping malls, luxuriously decorated cafes, tavernas, ethnic and international cuisine, nightclubs and famous beach bars. Cruises to the nearby islands (through the Piraeus port), sailing, windsurfing, fishing, scuba diving, available. Lake Bouliagmeni and park Agios Kosmas 15 min. by car, Cape Sounion (1 hour by car). Acropolis and Athens center through the subway (station 15 minutes by car), archaeological sight seeing, museums.
