The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from beautiful main beach and located next to the village of Gennadi which has numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The historical town of Lindos is only a 20 minute drive away. The airport is approximately 1 hour’s drive. The apartment comes with all the mod cons that you would expect in a modern apartment.

Changeover day
Changeover days are normally a Wednesday or a Saturday. Property will need to be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Main beach of Gennadi is approx 10 min walk with other beaches available ranging from a 5-20 min drive. Main Gennadi beach is shingle with soft sand beaches close by.
Travel
Airport is approx 60km away and is about 1 hour's drive on the main road from airport to resort. From May 09 Budget Airline Easyjet will be operating direct from Gatwick to Rhodes. Plenty of car hire available from airport which can be pre-booked at competitive rates.
Distances
Main village of Gennadi starts approx 30m from apartment. Lardos village is approx 10-15 min drive. Pefkos village is approx 15-20 min drive. Lindos village is approx 20 -23 min drive. Falaraki and Water Park approx 50-60 mins drive.

The village of Gennadi has local shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars and currency exchange.
Booking notes
Contact owner direct in the UK and a 20% non refundable deposit secures booking. Balance payment must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to holiday start. There will also be an additional fee of £100 which is refundable held by the owner as a security to any damaged caused whilst staying at the apartment.
