Changeover day
Changeover days are Sat and Wed. Other days considered depending on availability. All guests must vacate the villa at 12.00 midday to allow cleaning to take place.Late departures can sometimes be arranged at a cost of 120 euros subject to availability.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is St Nicolas Bay approx 15 mins walk. There are sandy beaches at Lindos and Pefkos both approx 1.5km away, water sports are available at both Lindos and Pefkos. St Pauls bay (5 mins by car) is tranquil and relaxing and is ideal for sun worshippers. Whatever beach you choose you will never be to far away from traditional Greek cuisine. Pefkos and Lindos both boast beautiful bays and very safe bathing for children.
Golf
Afandou Golf approx 30 min by car, or maybe a spot of crazy golf in Pefkos after a hard days work on the beach!
Travel
Rhodes Airport 50 mins by car. Rhodes Old/New town approx 60 mins by car. Car hire recommended although buses and taxis are plentiful. A trip to the island of Symi or Halki is highly recommended.
Distances
Lindos and its famous acropolis 1.5km. Pefkos 1.5km. Rhodes Old/New town approx 1 hour by car. Valley of the butterflies 8kms from the airport. Kamiros archaeological site 32kms from Rhodes town (west coast).
Further details
The ancient village of Lindos has many bars and roof top tavernas/restaurants, supermarkets and tourist shops. Banks and exchange, car hire, taxis, boat trips and sightseeing tours can all be found/booked from here. If you want to test your Greek skills out, then venture over to Halki or Tilos.
Booking notes
25% deposit required at the time of booking to secure dates. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A £150 security bond is held and returned to you immediately after your holiday (providing no damage has occurred), this needs to be sent with your final balance.
