Accessibility
A stair lift exists, which transports person from garage to the apartment. There are no stairs in the apartment. However, the bathroom is not suitable for a disabled person as there is a bathtub.
Outside
There is a private patio which looks onto a small garden. There is a table and 4 chairs. There is no building next to the patio (a stretch of land).
Coast/Beach
There are plenty of beaches located in Voula and Glyfada. The nearest one is 1km away. Beaches are both pay-beaches and public ones. Pay-beaches have canteens, toilets, changing rooms, showers, umbrellas and sun loungers. Some also have water-slides and water sports. Beaches are sandy, or with pebbles, or it is also possible to lie on the rocks.
Golf
There is a golf course in Glyfada, which is about 4kms from the property.
Special interest holidays
The property is located at the foot of a mountain, so it is possible to take long nature walks.
Travel
Property is located 25kms from the international airport. A bus exists which can leave you 1km away from property, where owner will pick you up. However, own transport is recommended. Cars can be hired at airport, or in Glyfada and Voula. Tram terminus is 1km away from property. The tram connects with the metro to take you into Athens or Pireus (about 45 mins). The bus is a quicker option. All ferries for the Greek islands, leave from the port of Pireus.

Glyfada and Voula are 2kms away.
Further details
There is a restaurant, pharmacy, bakery, and supermarket 1/2 km away. Glyfada and Voula are the 2 closest towns. Glyfada is a busier and more up-market town than Voula, but both towns have shops, cafes, and restaurants. There are many historical sites and museums in Athens and Sounio. Agios Kosmas is a big outdoor sports centre, which has everything from archery to all kinds of pitches and courts. There is also a huge zoo, near the airport.
