These are twin charming villas, Mariannna A and Marianna B. The first is at the west side and the second one at the east. The villas are surrounded by fields and full of fruits ie. lemon trees, fig trees, orange trees, grapefruit trees, cassion trees, olive trees, vineyards and peartrees, in 7000 metres landscape. Walk around every morning breathing fresh air, getting in touch with all this real paradise. The villas are located in the lovely village Kalavarda, very close to the ancient Kamiros (about 6 kms) and 29 kms from the city Rhodes. 20 kms from the valley of butterflies with the panorama place where this kind of butterflies live through all the year just in Rhodes. There are two barbecues a big lovely kioski adaptable to the environment. Breakfast and all the meals can be taken in this area.

Changeover day
The preferred changeover days are Saturday and Wednesday. But this is flexible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Top floor Bedroom 1 with double bed, a big terrace round it. Bedroom 2 with two beds. Living Room : big sofa which can be used as a bed on the first floor. Ground floor : bedroom with double bed. |
| Bathrooms: | On the first floor there is a bathroom with a bath/shower, hand basin. On the top floor there is a big bathroom, which has a bath a hand basin and bidet. |
| Kitchen: | In the first floor there is a big kitchen, there are fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mixer etc. There is also a round table for 6 people. |
| Living Rooms: | Living room is located in a big area with a fireplace (apart from a general heating). Here is a dining room at the same level, a separate place for the children and a big sofa which can be used as a bed. |
| Other: | Wooden stairs lead to the Ground Floor which is something special. There is a big floor with a double bed. A place room for childrens games. At the same lever there is another room with a big double wardrobe, for clothes and everything. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and the property are cleaned from our stuf once a week. In the property there are many towels and linen and you can change them how often you like. |
Notes on accommodation
Each room has own airconditioning except the room on the ground floor in which there is a fan. The accommodation is brilliant and there is a traditional room called “Sufas” with two beds. Sufas is located a little bit over the ground floor about 1 meter high as it was used from the villagers time ago. Over it there are two more beds. You are led to “Sufas” by wooden small steps.

Coast/Beach
The closest beach is about 800mts from the villas.
Travel
Rhodes airport is 14 km from the villas. From 1st April it has a lot of charter flights frequently from all over the world. There are scheduled flights 10 times a day from Athens.
Daily, car ferries arrive from Piraeus. The owner is happy to enjoy the car, the bike the boats and whatever he wishes.
Distances
A variety of shops, restaurants are 600 metres from the villa, close to Kalavarda village. 3 km from the villa there is another village, Fanes where you can find a butcher, supermarket, bakery, vegetables - there is also and a pharmacy shop.
Public transport is only a few meters away from the Villas. You can use a bus to many destinations on the island or you can even take a taxi, since taxis are extremely reasonable.
