Our two floor villa (80 scare metres) is located in the southeastern side of Santorini at Perissa beach, one of the most popular and developed beach of Santorini. Kilometers of black sand known as the longest stretch of beach on the island, deep clear water and stylish settlement makes Perissa one the most attracted beach of Santorini. Right on the sunny beach, our self contained residence offers elegance and refinement adapted in the traditional Cycladic style, with a touch of modernity & style. Our villa was built above a restaurant which offer you, a la carte & room service, typical dishes from Santorini and international cuisine all time during the day.

Notes on prices
The rates are quoted in euros, per day, include all the taxes. Additional guest, 35 euros. Age 5-12, 20 euro per day.
Rates includes: Free access to the Water Park, umbrellas and chairs at the front beach, all time during the day, bottle of wine and flower, maid services and private parking. Villa Cote Sud offer transfer service from/to port/airport at a cost of 20 euro for two guests, extra guest, 6 euro. We also offer VIP transfer on request. Minimum 3 days of staying.
Changeover day
Check-in time 2pm, check-out time 11am but we can be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
Our villa is fully equipped with all amenities, air-conditioning, and fully equipped kitchen. We also offer personalised assistance to all our guests for private tours, and excursions. Upon arrival a guests pass gives you access to some privileges; water park, shared swimming pool (200m from villa), snack bar and pool bar. Also, a la carte restaurant and room service, private parking are available at Villa Cote Sud.

This residence is not suitable for wheelchairs of people with mobility problems. Smoking not allowed.
Outside
In suite balcony with clear see view affords one table, chairs and a lot of space for your comfort. A shared swimming pool is available to all our guests at 200m from the villa.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach and marina, Vlichada, dark sand beach and pebble, popular for its sunsets. There are a few rare black sand beaches on Santorini; the most popular one is Red Beach, located in Akrotiri, 5km from our Villa.
Travel
Nearest Port 2km, nearest airport 7km. For exploring Santorini, we also recommend to rent a car. Fira, the Capital is 15kms from our villa.
Distances
Fira, the Capital and town is 15kms from our villa. Near by the villa you can go visit the Byzantine church of Agia Irini (ST. Irene, from which the name Santorini derived) it is worth visiting and the Museum of Minerals and fossils. Also, in the next village, Emporio, there are two castles, both built by the Venetian's, the first one, Kasteli and the second one in the village entrance, Goulas. You can also visit the archaeological site of ancient Elefsine.
Further details
Along the beach a numbers of very nice hotels, recommended and stylish sea side restaurants, fish taverns, lounge beach bars and sea activities. Banks, dance clubs, fashion stores, souvenirs, handmade jewellery shops and more are mainly located in Fira, Capital of the island.
Hiking: A path starting from Perissa leads the ancient city of Thira to the mountain Mesa Vouno (between Kamari and Perissa). It takes around 1/2 hours and offer fantastic views of the island. Also from Fira, crossed the popular hiking path that lead to Oia after 3 ½ hours, an other beautiful village of Santorini.

For any booking at Villa Cote Sud, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or by telephone. In order to secure a booking we need to receive two night's deposit. Remaining balance, due upon check in, cash only. Minimum of staying, 3 nights.
Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking.
