Great location to get away from it all and yet close enough to the traditional Greek villages of Gennadi and Lardos, great water sports in Kiotari, the beautiful bay of Pefkos and the white washed sugar cubed houses and acropolis in the magical village of Lindos.

Notes on prices
Prices are shown for the property per week in Euros and Sterling. Where the holiday falls over two price bands, pro rata will be applied. Book and pay in full for your 2009 holiday by 31st December 2008 and receive 10% on 2009 prices.
Changeover day
Preferably Saturday in high season, although Wednesdays considered depending on availability. Villa available from 1600 hours on day of arrival and departure time before 1100 hours, please.

Notes on accommodation
Patio doors from open plan kitchen/lounge to garden/pool and terrace, patio doors from first floor landing to conservatory style large balcony. Air conditioning included in lounge/dining area and 4 bedrooms. The cooler basement area has no air-conditioning but includes a fan. A welcome pack can be arranged on request. Private dinner parties can also be arranged with top local chef. The extra triple bedroom in the basement is great for kids as adjoining cinema type room. (Please note that roof terrace is not suitable for children and access door can be locked).

Accessibility
There are steps up to the property and down to the pool area. Property does have a ground floor bedroom, although bathroom is with bath as shower room is on first floor.
Outside
8m x 5m swimming pool, patio area with sun loungers and large garden table and chairs, luxury gazebo, stone built barbecue, table football game, fantastic first floor terrace with comfortable conservatory furniture.
Coast/Beach
5 mins walk from Glystra Beach, described as one of Rhodes' best sandy beaches. Five minutes drive from Kiotari beach which has great water sports facilities. Ten minutes drive from Pefkos and the 3 bays in Lindos - main beach, Pallas Beach and St Pauls Bay. Venture further south and go to Prassonissi where the calm Mediterranean sea meets the rough Aegean - a windsurfers paradise.
Golf
18 hole golf course at Afandou, approximately 35 minutes drive by car.

Travel
Excellent flight connections from all major European cities to Rhodes Diagoras Airport, less than 1 hour's drive away. Car hire recommended to explore what this wonderful island has to offer. Cars can be pre-booked and arranged at either the airport, port or villa. Please enquire at time of booking.

Further details
Minutes walk from the luxury 5 star Lindian Village Hotel which has several international restaurants and fantastic spa facilities (highly recommended!). Glystra Beach has a small friendly beach bar serving food. The bus stop is just 300m away and will take you south to Kiotari/Gennadi or to nearby villages of Lardos, Pefkos and Lindos. Shops and supermarkets can be found in the hotel resort area of Kiotari and the villages of Gennadi, Lardos, Pefkos and Lindos.
