Situated on a hill overlooking the village of Elounda and Mirabello Bay. A complex of studios and apartments in a tranquil setting with delightful gardens and a swimming pool. There is a pool bar serving snacks all day and a restaurant and bar for the evening eating and entertainment. Other facilities include a library and residents' lounge with satellite TV and a pool table also an outside piste for the game of boules.

Changeover day
Tuesday is the preferred changeover day but we can be flexible. Guests must depart by 12 noon.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The studios have a mixture of twin bedded and double bedded rooms. A bunk bed can be added in the lounge area for a child. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom with shower. |
| Kitchen: | Kettle, toaster, hob and fridge. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge with a single sofa bed. A radio is in each studio. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
There is a maid service twice a week and towels and linen are changed twice a week. |
Notes on accommodation
All the complex has air conditioning payable on site through a meter system. The complex is suitable for young babies and older children upwards of 10 years of age.

Accessibility
Due to the location it is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking.
Outside
There are gardens all round the complex. Umbrellas and loungers around the pool which is shared and the length of the pool is 15 meters. All studios have either patios or balconies.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to the beach which has water sports facilities.
Golf
There is a nine hole golf course situated in one of the luxury hotels near to Elounda Heights. Also an 18 hole golf course together with club house 30 minutes drive from us.
Travel
Heraklion airport 45 minutes drive.
Distances
The village of Elounda 400 meters. The nearby town of Aghios Nikolaos 11 klm.
Further details
Elounda village has a bakery and a number of supermarkets. There are two banks and many gift shops. It is an area of beauty for walks. Watersports, windsurfing and water skiing. If a car is hired there are many places of interest within easy reach. The famous Knossos Palace. Lassithi plateau which is famous for its beauty.
Booking notes
50% of the total price is required as a deposit on booking. The final payment 4 weeks before departure.
