On the first floor there are two maisonettes, of 28 and 31 sq.m suitable for 8 people main room and loft without separation, interior lader, fully equipped kitchen, wc-shower, two big terraces, single or twin bed) and on the ground floor there is a big apartment of 64 sq.m. suitable for 5 people with 2 bedrooms – one with matrimonial bed and one with 2 single beds, living room with fireplace, bookcase and one bed, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, wc-shower bath-tub, washing machine, terrace.
Maisonettes and big apartment of the traditional villa may be rented separately.

There is change of sheets, towels and bath mats twice a week. Cleaning service 3 times a week. Maisonettes and the apartment of the traditional villa may be rent severally. All maisonettes, apartments and studios may be rent also for long periods.
Maisonette may be rent from 2 people as well but it will be used as a fully equipped and with all facilities studio.
There is available shared laundry for the better service of our guests. The modern style maisonettes and suites are provided with 2 air - condition units each.

300 m. away from the the nearest Koukounaries beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches.

Golf
100 m. away from the lake - golf course, tennis court and the Marina.

Travel
Alexandros Papadiamantis airport - distance 12 km.

Distances
A Scuba diving center has courses and equipment hire for all grades of underwater diving. The Horseback-riding center organises trips throughout the island. The Water sports school on the Koukounaries beach with qualified instructors includes: Waterski, Parasailing Pedaloe, Canoeing, Bare footing, Banana Rings.

Further details
It is recommended to drive through the beautiful green forests to Kastro - the old town of Skiathos, or visit some of the fantastic beaches, such as Mandraki, Elia, Kehria, Ligaries, Asselinos, Banana, Agistros. Moreover you could join a trip around Skiathos to see the island's beautiful coastline in just one day or an island hop to Skopelos or Alonissos to discover the contrasts that these three islands have to offer.
