Milos Villas consist of four traditional Greek Villas. The villas are located at the far end of Pefkos, near the Filimon Hotel and Eleni Apartments. The Milos Villas, four in total, which share a private swimming pool, are located in a quiet spot just 250 metres from the beach, within well-kept gardens, in the family-oriented beach resort of Pefkos (which means pine tree), 5km from the village of Lindos. Although just a stroll from the resort centre, within easy reach of the bars, restaurants, tavernas and mini markets in Pefkos, the Milos Villas offer privacy and plenty of space, making a real home from home for the duration of your holiday.

Notes on prices
Above rates are quoted in UK Pounds per villa per night. Air condition is at an extra charge and is payable locally. Minimum stay 3 nights in low season, 5 nights in middle season, 7 nights in high season.
Above rates are valid for bookings made until the 31 December 2008. Special discount rates for rental of all villas together or for wedding groups!
Changeover day
There is not any restrictions on a changeover day. The check in time is from 14:00 until late and the checkout time is from 06:00 until 12:00. Travelers with a late flight might keep the villa longer at an extra cost depending on availability.

Villa Liana (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4/6)

| Villa Liana is the first of the larger villas. From the private driveway you enter the ground-floor sitting room where there are eight steps leading down to the basement kitchen/dining area. From the sitting area there are seven steps up to a small gallery, which has a pull out twin sofa bed and entrance to the double bedroom. Villa Arete (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4/6)

| Villa Arete's ground-floor entrance leads into the sitting room, which has a pull out sofa-bed. From the sitting area you go up to the double bedroom with adjoining bath/shower/wc. There are nine steps leading down to a light and airy fully equipped kitchen and dining area, from here you access the twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/wc. the double bedroom is up a short staircase leading from the sitting room. | |

Villa Anastasia (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4/6)

Villa Anastasia's ground floor entrance leads into the sitting room. A short staircase up takes you to a gallery area where the twin sofa-bed is located together with the entrance to the double bedroom with adjoining bathroom. From the sitting room is another short staircase leading to a light and airy fully fitted kitchen and dining area, next to the twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Notes on accommodation
All four of the villas have individual air conditioning units in both bedrooms which are payable locally direct to the owner. Milos Villas is suitable for children and they are designed to accommodate families for 2 adults and 2-4 children or 4 adults and 2 children each villa. Maid services are provided daily except Sundays and linen changes twice weekly.

Outside
Each of the 4 villas in Milos has private gardens and private parking and there are verandas and/or patios around each property with furniture (tables, chairs). The 4 villas share a large private swimming pool and a separate small children's pool with sunbeds and umbrellas which are offered free to guests.
Coast/Beach
Pefkos main beach is only 10 minutes walking distance from Milos Villas and/or 2 minutes drive. The beach is sandy and there are sunbeds and umbrellas available at an extra cost (around 8 Euros) per couple. There are 2 kantinas (snack bars) available in the middle of the beach as well as 2 taverns which offer Greek specialities.
Golf
Rhodes Golf course (8 holes) is situated in Afandou around 28kms away or a 20-30 minutes drive on the way to Rhodes Town and is open from April to October. Golf equipments is available locally.
Travel
Rhodes Diagoras airport is located on the north west of the island and is 40-45 minutes away from the Milos Villas. A taxi transfer can be pre-arranged with the owners at an extra cost of 55-60 Euros per taxi each way for up to a maximum of 4 persons. Car rental can be arranged also (prebooked) direct with the owners at a special weekly rate - please contact the owners for further information and prices.
Distances
Pefkos is only 10-15 min walking distance and is a quiet family resort, for those are looking for a relaxing holiday far away from the crowds. Lindos is only 4 kms away or 5 minutes drive and is one of the historical villages in the South of Rhodes very famous around the world for the Acropolis of Lindia Athena. Whitewashed houses, picturesque location, nice beaches, nightlife, bars, restaurants etc.

There are local restaurants, Greek tavernas, bars, mini-markets and souvenir shops within 10 minutes walking distance from Milos Villas.
Booking notes
A 35% deposit (non refundable) deposit is required in order to proceed with booking and a full settlement must be made 5 weeks prior to your arrival at the property. Payments can be done either by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) at an extra cost of 3% per transaction or a bank transfer can be accepted (free of expenses to us).
