The houses are part of a complex of 7 privately owned villas a ten minute drive from the main port. The complex has a very large shared pool, common gardens, parking, and maintained by a caretaker. The house is very cool and has exquisite sea views to the west. Fireplace, electric heat, Miele appliances, Italian kitchen, marble bathroom(s), one main, one guest wc. Stone floors, oriental carpeting, electric security gates with video intercom. Marble connecting staircase, TV/DVD/Radio CD. Original artwork. Very secluded, but just off the main road, very quiet and unspoilt. Main floor LR kitchen wc, downstairs, 2 bedrooms, main bath/shower. Balconies with wonderful sunset views. Maid service available. Shopping close by. Sandy beach is a 7 minute drive. Kea is located one hour by ferry boat from the port of Lavrion, 20 minutes from the airport. Kea, also called Tzia, requires a car that can be rented at the airport or on the island.

Notes on accommodation
Very private, quiet and secluded accommodation in garden of 7800 square meters. Large pool, with shower, table, bar area. Garden lights, electric gate. Caretaker. Maid service available. The sunsets are magnificent and the views are breathtaking. It is cool and breezy. The garden include statuary pots, shrubs and flowers, an automatic watering system. No phone landline at present.
Accessibility
Property not suitable for wheelchairs and is aimed at those who want a peaceful, quiet Greek island. Kea can be quite windy as most of the Cycladic islands. There are lots of pristine beaches off the beaten path, mountain villages, a charming traffic free main town called Ioulis.
Outside
The house has its own terrace, patio and private parking area. The large infinity, unheated pool has a bar area, and shower. The gardens are maintained and watered. This is a complex of seven privately owned houses. It is also safe for children. Pets are discouraged.
Coast/Beach
There are a number of beaches to choose from. Pisses has a sandy beach that is usually not crowded, about a 7 min drive. Other beaches are in Koudiouros, Vroskiopos all accessible by car.
Travel
Car or motorbike is essential. Both can be rented on Kea. Cars can be rented at Athens airport which is a 20 min drive to the port of Lavrion. Ferries leave at least twice a day, and more frequently in summer months. Coast by ferry for average size car 38 Euro. Passenger cost 7 Euro. Duration 1 hour. Best to book before if arriving on weekend.
Distances
Main village Ioulis 2 kilometers. Main supermarket AB 3 kilometers. Port, Korresia, 9 kilometers about a ten min drive. Beach Pisses 10 kms. Banks, ATM, gas stations, pharmacy in main village. Little or no tourist infrastructure. Fishing port of Vourkari has lots of nice tavernas, art galleries and some shops.
Further details
This a rugged non tourist island with little or no social scene that will appeal to those interested in a pristine, quiet environment, with clean seas, clean air, little or no traffic.
