The two buildings are right next to each other, one at ground level the other at 1st floor. Each apartment has their own shower-WC, kitchen and verandas which they all have great views of the bay laying underneath. The complex is situated in the centre of the Paleokastritsa resort.

Notes on accommodation
Cleaning service runs 3 times a week and includes clean towels 3 times and sheets 2 times. Of course anything urgent comes at no extra costs.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms at NO EXTRA cost (unlike most of the self-catering accomodation provided by most tour operators).
WiFi Internet access currently available only on the 1st floor level. (requires you bring your Wifi enabled laptop or mobile-smart phone).
Accessibility
Ground floor studios is possible to be reached by wheel chair users however, it is not highly recommended due to the steepness of the ramp.
First floor studio and double bedroom apartement is accessed through stairs. Not suitable for elderly people, kids must be supervised.
Outside
Every apartment has its own balcony with great views.

90m to the Agia Triada beach
20m to the La Grotta Bay (and 170 steps)
2000m to Agios Spyridwn Beach (5 min drive on a scooter or car, also Green Bus Service runs every 1 hour, there and back)
