The cottage is situated in Agios Konstantinos, a small traditional fishing village on the North of the island, midway between the towns of Samos and Karlovasi and 40 minutes from the airport. Ideally suited for couples looking for a quiet idyllic location, or walkers looking to explore the many walks, including the famous Valley of the Nightingales. The property is split over two levels, with the bedroom being on the upper floor and the lounge, kitchen and bathroom being on the ground floor. Outside it has a large patio area for dining and sunbathing. Within easy walking distance 80m to a selection of 4 tavernas, 2 bars and a well equipped supermarket. Karlovasi, a traditional Greek ferry port, is about 15 minutes drive by car. Facilities include outdoor food markets and a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Samos, the cosmopolitan capital of the island is about 30 minutes drive by car. Excellent local bus service, with a bus stop outside the cottage.

Prices are per per week in GBP (£). Our rates include linen, towels, cleaning service and all utilities. Winter rates are by negotiation.
Changeover day
Normally Thursday is our changeover day but we can be flexible depending on who your flight carrier is.

Coast/Beach
The property is 75m from a pebble beach. The sandy beach at Psilli Ammos is probably one of the best beaches on the island. It has white sand and very shallow water, ideal for children and less than 2km from the coast of Turkey.
Travel
The airport is 40 mins away. Cars can be hired from the airport, scooters and mopeds are very popular. A car is not essential as taxis are very cheap.
Distances
Samos, the cosmopolitan capital of the island is about 30 minutes drive away, with its harbour and a vast number of tavernas, it also has excellent shopping. Ferries also arrive here from Athens. Karlovasi, a traditional Greek ferry port, is about 15 minutes drive by car. Facilities include outdoor food markets and a variety of bars, restaurants and shops.
Further details
Daily flights from Heathrow and Gatwick are available all year, via Athens. Direct Charter flights, with Excel, are available from Gatwick and Manchester every Thursday between May and October.

25% deposit paybale at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
