Villas Thalia and Myrtia are situated in an idyllic location, close enough to all amenities, beaches and tavernas, but far and high enough from the living noises of civilization. This is an idyllic situation for families or even a honeymoon couple, who would desire some privacy and seclusion, and yet not feel totally isolated. The properties are surrounded by trees, cypress and shrubs. They have been professionally designed and constructed by the owners. Each property exudes quality incorporating some traditional features. Earthy colours have been painted outside whilst pale shades have been used inside. They offer breathtaking scenery astonishing panoramic sea, hill and mountain views. It is a haven anytime of day with a refreshing cool breeze that flows through most afternoons. Each villa has private patio paved by natural stones with cloam oven and BBQ and nearby is the swimming pool (8.2m x 4.2m), one depth (1.3m) with no shallow end.

Changeover day
Bookings are Sunday to Sunday. The villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Guests requested to vacate the villa not later than 10am on the day of departure.

Travel
25 km from Preveza - Lefkada airport. Taxis are available, while renting a car is most convenient. The important port of Igoumenitsa, 120 km away, is linked 3-4 times daily with ferries to the main Italian ports.
Distances
The picturesque village of Aghios Nikitas takes around 20-25 min walk downhill through olive groves and cypress trees or less than 5 min by car. There is a good selection of shops, supermarkets and tavernas. Lefkas town is 13km away.
