Our villa located at Imerovigli, 'balcony of Santorini', the highest point of the island at the rim of the caldera, a quiet and exclusive community, only 15 minutes walk from busy Fira, Santorini’s main town and center of activities and amenities. The view is equally magnificent as it is in Fira but with a quieter atmosphere. It is the perfect choice for those who want to be close to the lively and cosmopolitan life of the capital but not in it. Coco and Belle apartment & studio with their own private entrance are built on the famous Caldera cliff, 300 metres above the sea, with exquisite views of the rest of Santorini, its outer islands and the volcano in the immense bay below. The Villa was constructed in a traditional cave house of Santorini with two privates balcony offering a magnificent view of the famous volcano. Our studio and apartment are an idyllic place to stay and our goal is to make you feel the experience and the quality in a peaceful and private environment.

Notes on prices
Discount for early booking. The rates are quoted in euro, for apartment & studio, per day without breakfast. Prices include a bottle of wine and flowers and all the taxes. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and refregirator. Transfer from airport/port the villa, 20 euros for two persons, each extra person, 6 euros. Discount will apply for staying 6 days or more. Additional guests, 35 euro/day, children 5-12: 20 euro/day. Minimum of staying, 3 nights.
Changeover day
Check out time is 2pm and check out is 11am. Can be also flexible.

| Bedrooms: | Belle has 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 (queen bed) and bedroom 2 affords a single bed. Coco was built like an extra room studio to the apartment, its afford two single beds upstairs and one convertible double bed downstairs in living room. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 in Belle with bath, wc and shower. Second bathroom with wc and shower in Belle. Third small bathroom in the studio Coco with wc and shower. |
| Kitchen: | The apartment Belle affords one kitchen, well equipped with oven, fridge and all the necessities. The studio Coco affords one fridge, coffee machines and some basics. |
| Utility Room: | A small office is at your disposal with desk, chair and book shelf at Belle apartment. |
| Living Rooms: | The apartment Belle offer one open plan leaving/dining room with 2 sofas, lounging area with television and sound system and one mall office. The studio Coco has a small leaving room with convertible bed. |

We provide linens and towels. We will service you room at least every two or three days. It is at your discretion to let us how often you want them to be change. |

Outside
Coco & Belle affords two balcony's, a small but cozy at the main entrance of the villa next to the studio, facing the see.
The second, in front of the villa, one level down, facing the see, large and private. Both balcony's are for our guests and are overlooking the caldera and the volcano with amazing view and outdoor furnitures and sun beds.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach 6km, quiet, nice and private. There are beautiful volcanic beaches with black sand on Santorini. We recommend Perivolos, 10km from our villa. The most spectacular one is the red beach, 10km from our villa. With public transportation you will easy explore beaches and villages of Santorini (bus stop near by villa).
Travel
Nearest Port 7 km. Nearest Airport 6km (driving distance 15-20 minutes). For exploring Santorini we also recommend to rent a car. During high season, hire a car is recommended.
Distances
Banks, bars, dance clubs, fashion stores, souvenirs, handmade jewellery shops and more are mainly located in Fira. Also in Immerovigli, you can find recommended restaurants, crafts, Greek products and trendy coffee shops. There are also places where you can eat or have a drink, most of which have view to Caldera.
Further details
From our Villa, crossed the popular hiking path that lead to Oia, one of the most beautiful village of Santorini. It takes around 3 hours and offer fantastic views of the Caldera. Also a shorter alternative (15-20 minutes) is the part that takes you from Imerovigli into Firostefani and finally Fira town.
