Paraktio Beach Apartments, It is located in the picturesque and relaxing, beautiful region of Kiotari, with sand and pebbles beach in southern part of Rhodes island, between the famous village Lindos and Prassonissi windsurfing region. The building is on top of a small bay at the waterfront, a few steps away from the beach.

Notes on prices
Prices are per day for Studios and Apartments 2008 in euro. Minimum stay April and October 4 days all the under period Minimum stay one week. All rates are inclusive of vat and other taxes.
Children up to 2 years is free of charge the baby cot, if need the client.

The 4 persons apartments are located in the first floor with a rhodian style attic (where 2 persons sleep on the ground floor and the other 2 in attic). WC with shower, furniture with mirror and hairdryer. Small kitchen with sink, 2 electric rings, refrigerator, kettle, all cooking equipment (plates, pots etc). Blankets and towels are supplied. Furnished with all modern living room and have also A/C, satellite tv and radio. Equipped with domestic equipment, sheets and bathroom towels and cleaned by us: Room Cleaning every : 2 days Change of towels every : 2 days Change of sheets every : 4 days |

Notes on accommodation
On the ground floor there is a breakfast hall – café from terrace offers amazing (panoramic) view to the Aegean Sea and so relax and enjoy peace. Unless you wish to have breakfast from us in breakfast hall – cafe which costs extra 3,50 euro per person (Full breakfast is: Coffee or tea, Orange juice, jams, butter, bread, gammon, cheese and yoghurt or egg). The breakfast start 9:00 until 12:00. There is a reception information desk and also there is a private parking area.

A garden with grass, trees and flowers surrounds the property.

Kiotari is lush and traditional beach area is famous for its great, variety of pebble and sand beaches beach, the crystal clear waters. Here you will find a few local restaurants, taverns and supermarkets within a short walking distance, all of your holiday requirements in one tranquil area. So relax and enjoy peace, quiet and typical Greek Hospitality.

Kiotari beach is a good place from which to explore the rest of this beautiful island. Go walking in the mountains, visit the historical sites and monastery’s where you will be able to take in all the Rhodes island's natural beauty and smells of wild flowers and herbs.
Travel
Rhodes International Airport from Paraktio beach apartments is 65 klm or 50 minute with the car or Taxi the cost for the Taxi is about 50 euro. Taxis are very frequent and can also be called up to the Paraktio beach apartments Reception. All major rental agencies are represented at Rhodes airport. Also there is a rent a car office in our area that we trust which offers good cars, fully insurance in reasonable prices our guests and him brings car the company in airport.
Distances
The building is on top of a small bay at the waterfront, a few steps away from the beach (20 meter), the locality's center (ca. 200 m). 15 minutes drive to Lindos village.1 hour drive to Rhodes town. Kiotari is close to many villages (Asklipio, Gennadi, Lahania). 30km to Prasonissi, 60km to Rhodes City and harbor and 65km to Rhodes Airport.

400m to bus stop with frequent service to Lindos and Rhodes City. Supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants are 200 meter, flower shop, hairdresser, internet café and dentist are 500 meter. 900 meter to famous Kiotari Hotel Resort and find ATM, water sports, rent a motor and rent a car.
