The beautiful island of Lefkas is just 40klm long and 20klm wide & still retains many unspoilt areas. It is a very green island & there are many pretty sandy beaches to explore, along with about 40 villages many of which are in the majestic high mountains covered with wild flowers and herbs olive trees and orange and lemon groves and many pine trees and cypress forests. Lefkas, is easily accessible by road from Preveza airport, as it is connected to the mainland with a 50m movable bridge which is only 20klm to the main town of Lefkada and 37klm to Perigiali, and all the main roads from Athens, Igoumenitsa (by car ferry) Thesaloniki, Ioanina and Patras.

Low season
10% Discount for one week plus 10% for 2-3 weeks.
For bookings made till 31th of March 2009 there is a 15% discount.

This fully air-conditioned villa consists of, on the ground floor, an open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen area with a magnificent sea view. In the lounge are a sofa, feature fireplace, TV, DVD player, satellite TV, safety deposit box, dining table and chairs. Kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and sandwich toaster and blender and is fully equipped with all other necessary kitchen equipment. On the ground floor is the twin bedded second bedroom with en-suite toilette and shower room with hairdryer, and has ceiling fan and air con. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom again (ceiling fan and air conditioning) with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and hairdryer, private balcony with sea view. Outside is the private 40 m2 pool which overlooks the sea has a patio with 4 chairs, a marble table, sun beds, umbrellas and a barbeque all surrounded by well stocked gardens. In addition there is parking for 2 cars. |

There will be a starter pack upon your arrival. Map and general information will be provided to you. Prices are fully inclusive of A/C, electricity, water costs and there are no hidden costs.
Outside
Outside is the private 40 m2 pool which overlooks the sea has a patio with 4 chairs, a marble table, sun beds, umbrellas and a barbeque all surrounded by well stocked gardens. In addition there is parking for 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach to the villas is within 500m distance. The famous beach of Passa in Perigiali village is 1,5km from the villas. You may find water activities in the next cosmopolitan village of the island, Nidri (1km from the villas).
Travel

Nidri village is 1km from the villas, where you can find everything from restaurants with fresh fish to supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bars, cafeterias. Nidri port is also your gateway to the small, beautiful isles (ie. Onassis's "Scorpios isle).
