Changeover day
The changeover day is Sunday.
Villa to be vacated by 10am on departure day and arrivals after 4:30pm, however this can be negotiated where possible.

| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. En-suite to bedroom 1 with bath/shower and toilet. Separate downstairs toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen featuring Siemens cooker, Siemens hob, Siemens fridge/freezer, Siemens dishwasher, Siemens washing machine and microwave. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious open-plan lounge and dining area featuring large plasma TV (with satellite) leading to terrace overlooking garden and pool. Settee converts to sofabed for further sleeping space. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen provided. Villa Olympian is cleaned and towels/linen changed twice each week. Ample towels are provided and can be washed in the meantime if required. Beach towels are not included. |

The private pool boasts it's own waterfall and is set within a large stone terrace with sun loungers and alfresco dining area. Villa Olympian is the perfect family home to unwind and enjoy relaxed summer living.
Coast/Beach
Tsilivi's prime attraction is its mile-long bay of golden sand, which shelves gradually to the sea, making it a safe environment for children to have fun in the sun. Considered one of the best beaches on the island, it deservedly boasts a Blue Flag of Cleanliness award. During the day, there is a good selection of water sports and a crazy golf course. At night, the friendly music bars, restaurants and local tavernas make it one of the island's hotspots for lively entertainment.
Travel
Villa Olympian is situated in the pretty resort of Tsilivi. Situated on the north east coast of Zante, with stunning views over the Ionian Sea, Tsilivi is only 9km from the airport and 5km from the Island’s capital, Zakynthos Town..
Distances
Zakynthos Town, with its colourful, Italian-style houses, is only a 10 min taxi ride away. The views from the Venetian fortress above the town are breathtaking, while boat trips from the busy harbour visit some amazing locations, such as the mysterious shipwreck at smugglers cove or the uninhabited island of Marathonissi, one of the most important nesting sites for loggerhead turtles in Europe. Car hire is available from the resort.
Booking notes
A 25% non-returnable deposit is required when you make your booking, the balance being due 8 weeks before departure.
A refundable deposit of £200 is also required for breakages and excessive cleaning.
