Two double bedrooms at 1st floor.
One twin room at 1st floor.
Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite toilet basin and shower, twin room has full size bath too.
Kitchen: All modern appliances, fridge freezer, bottle fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Smeg oven and hob, toaster, sandwich maker, etc.
Living Rooms: Two large leather and fabric sofas seating 8, plasma TV and surround sound. DVD and CD player.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		Linen and towels supplied for Villa use only, changed weekly.

 

Notes on accommodation
Due to the Villa being in the centre of a Heritage village, swimming pools are not allowed !!
We have introduced the next best thing after a days walking and exploring or just a plunge between sunbathing (8 Seater Spa Tub)

Further details
We have a Fairline Weekend 21 sports boat moored in the marina. If you have a day skipper licence the the boat is available at an extra cost with Ski's and toys to tow the kids and friends on.

Booking notes
10% deposit on confirmation of booking which will be held as a damage bond and returned on your return subject to checking property inventory for damage. Payment to be made by cheque 8 weeks prior to stay.

Guest comments
This is the first time we have let the property other than to close friends and family, however there is a full visitor book which is very amusing in the house.
