The stone villas are set in a beautiful part of Zakynthos on a hill looking over the sea. The villas are away from the road with olive trees all around. Ideal for a quiet family holiday away from it all. There are some local tavernas and a small supermarket where you can get everything you need including fresh bread. Also you can change your pounds for euros with no commission. If you need more shops, bars, discos etc, 10 mins drive and the town of Agassi will accommodate.

| Bedroom 1 has a double bed with air con, a balcony over looking the sea. Bedroom 2 is on the next level with a double bed and 1 single and a toilet and shower also a balcony looking to sea. There is a sofa bed in the lounge if required and another balcony looking at the ocean. The main bathroom is on this floor cooking facilities, fridge with freezer compartment and all pots, pans, plates etc. | |

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for children as no traffic and complete peace and quiet.
This is only our second year and no complaints. When we meet you we make sure everything about the villa and places to visit is explained and we provide a welcome pack :- milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar etc as part of the service. A maid will change the beds and clean etc during your stay. There is a manager on site every day and pool is cleaned and chemicals added every other day. We are there to make your stay enjoyable.
Accessibility
A car is recommended as off the main road and on a hill but is accessible by walking.
Outside
Paved area to rear of villas with built in barbeques. Sun loungers and chairs tables etc. Cot and high chair available. Swimming pool is for Villa Hannah only but Zante is famous for its quiet sandy beaches only 5 mins away.
Coast/Beach
Sandy beaches are all over Zakynthos nearest and one of the best is Kaminia only 5 mins drive.
Special interest holidays
If required water sports are a 10 min drive away. Horse riding also 10 mins away by car.
Travel
Airport is 20 mins away sea port 15 mins away. We will pick our guests up at the arrival point and take them to the villas, if you want we will arrange your rental car to be waiting for you and you can follow us.
Distances
Nearest taverna 3 mins drive, supermarket 3 min drive. Town 10 min drive.
Booking notes
We like to take a deposit of £500 and the remaining can be paid in English currency on arrival in Zante. If this is not convenient you can pay the balance before you leave for Zante.
