The apartment has a view over the pool and is a great place for relaxation. The apartment is fully equipped for your every need whilst you are staying in Athens. The bus route is a few minutes walk and again taxis are easy to find. From Athens International Airport the journey time is approximately 45-60 minutes.

Changeover day
There are no changeover days, we are fully flexible on this. Apartments are cleaned daily and linen changes every 3 nights. Guest must depart by midday and are welcome to check in after 2pm.

The main lounge holds the dining area and also the lounge area and the sofa bed opens up for an adult or 2 children to sleep on. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed throughout your stay. The kitchen has a electric cooker with 4 rings, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and toast machine and of course all of the necessary utensils in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is large with a bath. The apartment also has its own balcony around the apartment with pool view. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air conditioned and also has central heating. The pool is open from May to October. This accommodation is ideal for families with or without children. There is no washing machine in either apartment.
Accessibility
These apartments have not been adapted for wheelchair users. There are 3 steps on the reception floor to enter the building. We also have a lift.
Outside
The pool is approx 5x8m (not heated). We have sun beds and tables and chairs. The pool is shared with the other apartments in the building.
Coast/Beach
Glyfada coast and main beach a only a short drive from the apartments. Along the beach from there are many coffee shops, tavernas, nighclubs and there is also a water fun park. Along the beach area here you will also find sailing and water sports.
Golf
Glyfada Golf Course is 20 minutes by car.
Travel
The airport is 45 mins drive approx. The main port of Piraeus is 30 mins where you can travel all over Greece. Car hire is recommended but we can also offer your transfers to and from the airport or port with our transfer service with our private mini coaches
Distances
Glyfada town center is 5km from the apartments and by car 15 mins. Athens Center 20km and about 40 mins drive depending on the traffic.
Further details
3 mins walk from the apartments there is a bus stop where you can get to Piraeus Port, Glyfada Town and also Athens City Center.
A dry cleaners can be found 150mt from the apartments and a lso a small mini market.

Deposit of 30% on booking and full payment 21 days before arrival. Credit Card payment has a 2.5% handling fee.
