Villa Theos is a luxury 2 bedroom villa situated in a beautiful peaceful location in the village of Lakithra. This private 2 storey luxury villa offers a high standard of luxury accommodation. The air conditioned property comprises a large open plan kitchen/dining living area with 2 French doors leading onto a covered veranda with outside dining and relaxation area as well as private pool. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with a dining area for 6 people. The spacious living room has 2 sofas one of which is a sofa bed. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both are twin bedded rooms with en-suite shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have a veranda with stunning views over the mountains and Bay of Argostoli. The stone walled property has a private pool and is a short drive from the airport and the blue flag beach of Avithos.

Outside
Outside there is a private tiled 7m x 4m pool with marble suround. Large patio area between pool and villa with ample space for 6 sunbeds. There is a barbecue area and a dining table with 6 chairs. Citrus trees and varied shrubs surround the perifery of the well maintaind garden. There is ample car parking space inside the gated driveway. Mosquito nets are on all widows and patio doors.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beaches within a 5-10 minute drive of Lakithra. The blue flag beaches at Avithos and Makris Gialos are recommended and have beach bars, toilets and shower facilities and are very safe for all ages.
Special interest holidays
Diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, mountain biking, fishing, water skiing, paragliding, ten pin bowling in the village of Travliata – 10 minutes away.
Watersports are available in Lassi which is within 10 minute drive.
There is a Bavarian horse riding centre in Sami.
Travel
Kefalonia Airport is a 10 minute drive away. Nearest ferry port at Argostoli is a 10 minute drive away. A car is recommended.
Distances
Villa Theos is situated centrally in the beautiful village of Lakithra. The villa is surrounded by olive trees and vines and is ideally situated for walking and enjoying the surrounding countryside. The village has several small mini markets, a cake/chocolate shop, bakery, gift shop, coffee/wine bar, places to eat including the renowned International and Byron's Rock restaurants and all are within a short walking distance of the Villa. 2 of the local taverns provide a home delivery service.
Further details
Argostoli, the capital of the island, with its ferry port is a short 10 minute drive away with its numerous shops, bars, restaurants and facilities too numerous to mention. The villa is ideally situated to explore the many delights of this beautiful Ionian Island. We provide a complimentary welcome hamper containing essential items on your arrival.
