Almyrida (Almirida) is located NW Crete. Only 30 minutes from Chania Airport. Almyrida is known for its spectacular mountain views, waterfront tavernas, bars, watersports and relaxing ambience. The gently shelving sandy beach is safe for children. The countryside behind Almyrida is some of the most beautiful in Crete and a walkers' paradise. Mountain bikes can be hired. The villa has 3 balconies with views of olive groves and the White Mountains. The patio area overlooks the pool. Neighbouring resorts and villages are within easy reach such as Kalives, Plaka and Chania only 30 minutes drive. Chania hosts a fantastic Saturday market and a beautiful Venetian harbour.

Chania - 30 minutes.
Car hire is recommended although taxis are readily available.
Further details
Almyrida has a beautiful crescent shaped bay lined with shops, bakery, restaurants and bars. An ATM machine can be found within the village and exchange offices. The nearest bank is in Kalives 10 minutes drive away. Internet cafes (Dunes Bar). Health centre in Vamos is 20 minutes drive. Also a private doctor available.

Booking notes
Bookings can be made by telephone or email. A 25% deposit will be required to confirm your booking. The remainder of the balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. £100 security deposit is required included in the remainder of the balance, which will be returned at the end of your stay.
