One of the largest villas on the island set in mature gardens with private swimming pool, located 2 minutes walk from Kolios beach. A 10 minute drive from Skiathos town. A bright and spacious villa set over 2 floors with the bedrooms located on the ground floor. Most bedrooms have external doors opening out on to a shaded ground floor terrace or the lawned garden. There is also a small living room on the ground floor. The main living area is situated on the first floor with spacious kitchen, dining and living areas, opening out on to a 1000 sq.ft. terrace with fantastic views of the beach, Kolios bay and the mountains beyond. Perfect for large adult groups or families with children.

Changeover day
If there are other guests arriving on the day of your departure, we will ask you to vacate the villa by 10.30am.

| Living Rooms: | First floor living area comprises large open plan room with air conditioning, LCD TV and DVD player. Separate dining area with large windows opening on to terrace. The terrace is furnished with a large dining table and comfortable L-shaped wicker sofa. |
| Other: | Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are accessed through the main front door. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have their own external entrances and have an interconnecting door which can be locked. |

Towels and linen are included (not beach towels - please bring your own). Light clean including change of linen and towels once during the week. |

Notes on accommodation
The living room and bedrooms 2 and 3 have air conditioning. All other rooms are equipped with fans.
Outside
Mature lawned garden with colourful flowerbeds and kidney shaped swimming pool to the rear of the villa. The front of the villa is shaded by tall pine trees with a large flagstoned terrace. 1000sqft terrace on first floor.
Coast/Beach
2 mins walk to Kolios beach which is a lovely sandy bay with beautiful calm water for swimming. There are over 60 beaches to choose from on the island, many offering watersports facilities.
Travel
15 mins drive from the airport. Direct flights from most European countries from May to October or 20 min connecting flight from Athens. Car hire is recommended to explore the North of the island but is by no means essential. There is a regular air conditioned bus service running from Skiathos town to Koukounaries beach. Bus stop number 15 is 2 minutes walk from the villa.

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is payable on booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. We strongly recommend that you take out fully comprehensive travel insurance as the deposit is non-refundable.

"Such a beautiful location! We have enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the beach and drinks on the terrace in the evenings watching the fishing boats coming in to Kolios Bay. The children have had a wonderful time swimming at the beach in the morning and then coming back to the swimming pool at the house in the afternoon for a bit of shade.
You were right about the car - there is such a good selection of tavernas nearby, we hardly needed to use it. We will definitely be coming back next year!" Mrs Rogers
