Fully refurbished in summer 2007 with brand new furniture throughout. A bright and spacious villa set over 2 floors with the bedrooms located on the ground floor. Most bedrooms have external doors opening out on to a shaded ground floor terrace or the lawned garden. There is also a small living room on the ground floor. The main living area is situated on the first floor with spacious kitchen, dining and living areas, opening out on to a 1000 sq.ft. terrace with fantastic views of the beach, Kolios bay and the mountains beyond. Perfect for large adult groups or families with children.

For 2 week bookings we offer a 20% discount off the second week.
Changeover day
If there are other guests arriving on the day of your departure, we will ask you to vacate the villa at 10.30am. However, if this is the case, the pool house, which has a shower room and two beds will be made available to you until your flight leaves.

| Other: | Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are accessed through the main front door. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have their own external entrances and have an interconnecting door which can be locked. |

Outside
Mature lawned garden with colourful flowerbeds and kidney shaped swimming pool to the rear of the villa. The front of the villa is shaded by tall pine trees with a large flagstoned terrace. 1000sqft terrace on first floor.
Coast/Beach
2 mins walk to Kolios beach which is a pretty sandy bay with beautiful calm water for swimming. There are over 60 beaches to choose from on the island, many offering watersports facilities.
Travel
15 mins drive from the airport. Direct flights from most European countries from May to end of October or 20 min connecting flight from Athens. Car hire is recommended to explore the North of the island but is by no means essential. There is a regular air conditioned bus service running from Skiathos town to Koukounaries beach. Bus stop number 15 is 2 minutes walk from the villa.

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is payable on booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. We strongly recommend that you take out fully comprehensive travel insurance as the deposit is non-refundable.
