Welcome to the Kydonia Countryside Villas. Our 3 luxury stonebuilt villas are nestled in the hills, surrounded by olive trees, 2km from the small traditional Cretan village of Pan Stalos and 11km from the centre of Chania town. Built to a high standard in 1999, the Kydonia countryside villas offer a peaceful and relaxing holiday for each of our clients. From here you can admire amazing sea and mountain views.

Changeover day
A Tuesday is the preferred changeover day as this coincides with direct flights to Chania from the UK, but changeover days can be flexible.

Villa 2 (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6/8)

Villa 2 has three bedrooms. One double bedroom with en-suite facilities and two twin bedrooms. One extra bed can be placed into each twin bedroom allowing the maximum occupancy of the villa to be eight people. Cots are available on request. There is a family bathroom including a bath with over bath shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with hob and fridge freezer. |

Villa 3 has three bedrooms. One double bedroom with en-suite facilities and two twin bedrooms. Notes on accommodation
Each villa offers full central heating and air-conditioning, satellite tv, dvd player, telephone, cd player, hair-dryer, safe box, iron, ironing board and laundry facilities. They are furnished throughout with traditional Cretan hand made furniture. High chairs are available on request.
The prices quoted are per villa and are inclusive of the following:
Villa 1, 2 or 3 accommodating 1-8 people.
Maid service 2 times per week.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels (changed twice per week).
Beach towels, for use at the villas only (changed once per week).
Electricity, air-conditioning, heating, safe box.
Relevant accommodation taxes.
Baby cots and high chairs if required.
Outside
Each villa has its own large patio area with private swimming pool, including a children's pool, surrounded by small palm trees and oleanders. Here you can relax on the sun beds or eat 'al-fresco' after cooking up a treat on the barbeque.
Coast/Beach
The coastal resort of Kato Stalos is 4km from the Kydonia villas. Here you will find restaurants and cafe's running along a golden sandy beach with shallow waters. Banking facilites are also available here.
Travel
Chania airport is 25 km's away. Car hire is essential.
Distances
The village of Pano Stalos is 2 km away. Here you will find a small kafenion, mini-market and 3 tavernas in which you can enjoy traditional Cretan food.

A 25% deposit will be required to confirm your booking. We will expect the balance to be paid at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
