Our detached villa, with its overflow pool is the perfect choice for those who wish to experience Lindos and the surrounding areas, from a luxurious habitat in one of the localities most picturesque and tranquil locations. Our top specification, family friendly home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath/cloakrooms and spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen areas. Fresh, light interiors are stylishly furnished and equipped to the highest standards. To the outside, lavish front and rear landscaped gardens and fully furnished terraces with shady pergolas continue the luxury. The glistening private pool is centred in a wraparound tiled terrace, along with a freshwater pool shower. Enjoy panoramic sea and mountain views from private bedroom verandas and the beach at Vlicha Bay just 5 minutes stroll from your front door. The renowned Lindos village (3km) lies in the adjacent bay, a scenic walk along the coastal road for more energetic guests, or a couple of minutes by car, taxi or bus.

Notes on accommodation
The villa interior is strictly no smoking and as a low allergen environment we have a 'No Pets' policy. The maximum occupation is 6 guests - without exception.
All rooms have individually time controlled air-conditioning/climate control. After much consultation and due to well publicised Health and Safety concerns, a cot and bedding for babies/infants is not provided as standard, but can be arranged by specific prior request. However, for your own and our peace of mind, a personal travel cot is recommended wherever practical. Wifi internet available via your own device.

Accessibility
Though not specifically designated, the level access, frontage & plot generally should enable good accessibility. Ground floor bedroom, bathroom and level gardens should ensure ease of access and use for all.

Outside
With the outdoor lifestyle so prevalent we have ensured the exterior areas are as relaxing and comfortable as the interiors. Secure boundaries of traditional stone and glazed panels softened with border planting give peace of mind to those with smaller children to consider. To the front, a large Mediterranean garden is home to olive, citrus, palm and indigenous flora and ceramics, a gated driveway and an atmospheric private terrace with sumptuous sofas. To the rear, a glorious 8x4 overflow pool with a wraparound sun terrace and pool shower in a lavish, well tended garden. Large shaded patio with a bamboo and sail covered pergola, high quality furnishings, seating, sun loungers and a BBQ area with herb garden. Private verandas to upper bedrooms with stunning panoramic views to the bay and the surrounding hillsides. The pool terrace is bathed in full sun from sunrise until late evening and dramatic mountain sunsets can be enjoyed in total relaxation from the ambient front terrace.

Coast/Beach
The villa overlooks the majestic crescent and warm, crystal clear water of Vlicha Bay, Lindos from an elevated position. Just a 5mins stroll to the beach, beachside tavernas / cantinas and full water sports facilities. Adjacent, Lindos and St Pauls Bay are a few minutes by car or a scenic walk along the coastal road. Or visit Kalathos 2km. Navarone Bay 3.5km. Pefkos 5km. Lardos 5km. Agathi and Charaki 10km. Tsambika 15 mins by car. Kiotari & Gennadi 20 mins by car.
Prassonisi ½hr by car.

Golf
At Afandou Golf Club approx 30 mins by car. 18 hole par 72 Championship Course. Tuition, club hire and all facilities available. Rodos Golf superstore nearby.

Travel
Rhodes Diagoras Airport 40km (45 mins). Direct flights from major UK airports March thru' October. Car hire highly not essential, but highly recommended to appreciate the diversity of the island.

Drawing upon personal experiences, recommendations and feedback from many satisfied guests, we believe we have created a vacation environment in which to experience Greek Island life at its unpretentious best, designed to encourage guests to unwind and spend their holidays in relaxed comfort.
Truly a home from home, rather than a generic rental villa, the peaceful location, proximity to Lindos and the neighbouring resorts and villages will appeal to families, friends, couples or honeymooners who are looking for that little bit more from their holiday experience. As well as the history and resort amenities of Lindos being close at hand, the local fully stocked supermarket is just 500m away as well as snack bars, tavernas and mini-markets. A wider and diverse choice to suit all tastes, preferences and budgets are within a few minutes. From ancient history and traditional Greek village life to 21st century modern tourism facilities - there is something for everyone locally. Take in the history, scenery, architecture and shopping or the bustling, but unobtrusive nightlife of Lindos. A lively night in Pefkos. A traditional Greek event in Lardos. Or a personal favourite, evenings of the freshest fish and cool drinks along the seafront promenade of Haraki, a short drive or taxi ride away from the villa. Car hire, though not essential is highly recommended to make the most of the Island, with many diverse, historic and scenic places within easy reach on well maintained and sign posted roads, almost traffic free (except Rhodes Town).
The airport is only a 40km drive from the villa and with car hire companies offering airport delivery and pick up, you could be off the plane, collect your bags and in the villa within 90 mins or so.

Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit and a completed booking form is required to secure reservation with balance payable in full 8 weeks before arrival. Arrivals within 8 weeks pay full balance at time of reservation.
Payments accepted by cheque, bank transfer in GBP sterling. Euro equivalent accepted by bank transfer only.
Secure Credit/Debit card transactions available thru' PayPal (fee app)
Returnable Security/Damages bond (£150) required. No group bookings for under 25's or stag/hen groups.

We have had the most fantastic week at your villa and will definitely be returning. This was one of our best holidays for a long time, the villa is perfect, stylish and very well equipped as well as really well located. We want to return as there’s so much we didn’t see. The villa was so wonderful and relaxing we didn’t feel the need to go exploring every day and spent quite a lot of time lazing around the pool and relaxing.
St Paul’s Bay was our favourite location, fabulous for our 3 year old, warm safe beach and plenty for my husband (who’s not really a beach lover) to do, snorkelling was great and fishing and crabbing from the rocks was fun too.
This was a really good value for money holiday and we can’t recommend your villa highly enough. If this villa is on your shortlist (I had around 5 I was trying to decide between) just book it, you will not be disappointed I guarantee.
