View to the infinity green of the island, built up a hill, 45 easy steps from the road. The villa (130sqm) is traditionally furnished, has a very well equipped kitchen, and air conditioning (hot and cold). Maid service and linen changed every 3 days. Two minutes walk from the bus station and the supermarket. Kolios beach is about 400m and Vromolimnos beach about 600m. Close to many tavernas (also karaoke). Two swimming pools available for our customers about 50 m from the villa.

Night life in Skiathos town, water sports at Tzaneria beach and Vromolimnos beach, beach bars on the beaches. Also available is horse riding, 6 km from the villa and daily excursions around the island or to the nearest islands Skopelos and Alonissos. Tennis courts 10 minutes walk.

About the owner
I am Georgia Costelidis,66, and with my son Georges, 37, we own Villa Rhodes from the year 1985.
We leave in Athens during the winter time and every summer I come to Skiathos to look after the villa.
Every spring I have to find a painter, a gardener and a cleaning lady to prepare the villa fort the season.
I stay with the family of my brother for 4 months. He is solicitor in Skiathos.
I like very much Skiathos island,the beaches,the sun, the food, the walks up the green mountains.
I don't speak very good English, but I can manage the discussion with the guests of the villa.
When I must go back to Athens for a few days, my sister in law, Nelly, looks after the villa and my guests.
She also makes bookings for the villa with her P.C.
