Villa Aquarius is set in its own private mature gardens of fruit trees, vines, bougainvillea, jasmine and magnolia. In the front side of the villa with view of the sea there is a large sized ecological (h organic) pool with dimensions of 5 x 10 m operating with sea salt. A large private swimming pool is provided. The accommodation comprises the main house with one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. There is a large bathroom with bath and apart shower cabinet, and a separate WC. In addition is an apartment for 2 to 4 people and a studio for 2 people. A large open plan lounge and kitchen leads out to the upper terrace and swimming pool. Villa Leone is a private villa with its own organic (salt not chlorine) swimming pool with views out to sea.

Villa Leone's situation is very similar to Villa Aquarius but it is separate and has its own privacy. The accommodation comprises of a ground floor with an open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. There are two twin bedded rooms and a bathroom with a bath. In the front side of the villa with view of the sea there is a large sized ecological (h organic) pool with dimensions of 5 x 10 m operating with sea salt. The upper floor has one twin bedded room and en suite bathroom with a bath. All the bedrooms and living areas lead out to terraces with sea views. |

Notes on accommodation
The accommodations are completed to the highest standard and rock walls and terraces complete the feeling of a traditional Greek home.
Accessibility
Leone is accessed is with 10 steps to the yard level two steps to the house and 12 steps to the 1st floor.
Outside
Villa Aquarius is set in its own private mature gardens of fruit trees, vines, bougainvillea, jasmine and magnolia. A large private organic (salt not chlorine) swimming pool is provided.
Villa Leone - Two large shady terraces border the private swimming pool and offer dramatic views out to sea and intimate dining areas.
Coast/Beach
15 minute stroll to Troulos Beach. Other beaches easily accessed are Koukounaries, Banana, Platanias (Aghia Paraskevi) and the beaches on the Mandraki Peninsular.
Travel
Skiathos airport is 8 kilometers away from the villa, car hire is not essential.
Distances
A car or mo-ped is recommended to enable you to get the best from Skiathos and to reach some of the quieter, less busy, beaches. We can arrange this for you.
It is just 250 metres from shops and tavernas, 400 from the main road and bus stop.

20% deposit is required on booking, full payment is required 4 weeks before arrival, there is a booking form to be filled in on the site.
