Villa Meliti is a perfect holiday destination for couples wanting complete privacy. Also, ideal for families with one child since the open-plan area can easily be divided. The open-plan arrangement where the sleeping area merges into the living area, give a light airy feel. An open-plan spaces with no rooms, apart from an enclosed toilet is consisting the interior of it full of bright colours matching the reflection of the natural pictures around. Lots of facilities are provided in Meliti such as the big bath with jacuzzi, changing colours while operating. Everything is looked after so carefully, that makes it difficult to believe. The fully equipped kitchen with ALL the electric appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, 4ringstove, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, grill, freezer and lots of others the same as Amphitriti. |

Notes on accommodation
All properties are equipped with air-conditioning units in every room, satelite TV, stereo system, radio, CD, DVD player. Dining area seating for 4-10 people, child's highchair. The villas are children friendly and are of low allergen environment. Pets considered. Cleaning and linen provided twice a week.
Accessibility
Unfortuanately, the properties are not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Villa Lefkothea - big verandas, looked after garden areas serve the visitor to enjoy a romantic sunset while dining next to the private oblong swimming pool of 13,5m x 3,5m depth 0,60 - 1,70 m.
Villa Artemis - 2 outdoor private pools of 8m x 5m and 5m x 3m -depth 0,60 - 1,70m. Large verandas with dining and living room areas, parasols and sunbeds with BBQ.
Villa Amphitriti and Meliti - outdoor private pool of 5m x 3m depth 0,60 - 1,70m. 4 garden chairs and table with parasols and sunbeds as well as BBQ are the outdoor facilities of both villas.
All properties have parking areas, gardens, terraces, outdoor furniture, BBQ and access to the mini-market. Moreover, for year 2008 room service will be provided as well as delivery of home-made food ordered one day before. Also, massage therapy will be provided on request.
Coast/Beach
Livadia is a waterfront area just 10 min on foot from the beach. Livadia beach is rocky and pebbly ideal for snorkelling, swimming,fishing and diving. Elafonissi is the most famous place on Crete because of its unique beauty. It is about 25 min. drive from Livadia. As soon as you reach the place, Elafonissi lies before your eyes like a goddess of the waters. A vast sandy beach with 3 colours white, pink and black and long shallow stretches of sea with turquoise waters.

Nearest beach 100m. Nearest airport: Daskalogiannis airport-Hania rete at 87km. Nearest ferry port: Souda bay - Hania Crete at 82km. Car: Necessary as there is no public transport.
Distances
Amygdalia villas complex is situated in the outskirts of Livadia bay in Amygdalokefali village. Amygdalokefali is one of the nine villages which Innahorion is consisted of. Anyone can reach Livadia bay following two different routes. The one is from Kissamos/Kasteli through Sfinari and Kambos. Then follow the signs to Livadia. The other route is from Topolia gorge. Sfinari, Kambos, Kefali, Chrysoskalitissa (monastery), Elafonissi and Falassarna are places of interest with cafes and restaurants.
Further details
The Martsakis family who owns and runs the villa have also built a traditional stone market close to it, giving the opportunity to the visitor to get their supplies any time. Most important, traditional home made food is daily cooked by the owners with virgin olive oil and fresh vegetables which are grown in their vegetable garden. Eggs, chicken and local cheese is available from local farms. Fresh fish is a special dish cooked with the local recipe (fresh fish with potatoes, tomato sauce and virgin olive-oil in the oven). All visitors have the chance to taste home-made food, take it away or delivered it to their villa and learn why the famous Cretan diet is amongst the healthiest in the world.
Kasteli/Kisamos is the biggest town where you can find almost anything. It is about an hour drive from Livadia. Platanos is the last village from one direction with petrol station and Elos the last one from the opposite direction. Time needed about 25min. ATM bank machine and pharmacy can be found in Platanos as well.
Booking notes
Special offers for reservations 2009 until the end of 2008, except for period(1/3-5/5) which are in special price. All bookings are normally from Tuesday till Tuesday. Minimum rental is 1 week and 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. On the departure day visitors are kindly requested to leave the villa at 10am.
