Notes on prices
The rental price is for a maximum of six guests, there is an additional supplement of £12 per night per extra guest.
We offer long winter or summer lets of 3 weeks + and discounts can be arranged so please contact to negotiate. Villas within the Lindos district let very early and we invite rentals on a first come first served basis. We strongly advise that if you are holidaying during school half term and Easter holidays to book as soon as possible.
Changeover day
Our preferred changeover days are Wednesday and Saturday. Other days possible although this depends on time of the year. Arrival times are after 4pm and vacation time of villa is before 11pm on your day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms are fully air-conditioned, double glazed with shutters. The villa is new to 2008 with all furnishings to an execptionaly high standard. The accommodation is family freindly and the pool located with child saftey in mind. No group bookings taking under 25 yrs of age. For the benefit of all, no smoking in the villas, thank you.

Outside
The villa has private gardens, shaded patio and large sun lounge areas both to lawn and tile, outdoor furniture is included and for your sole use. Private pool approx 8m x 4m fully maintained, for sole use of guests. The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace for alfresco dining, with a pergola onlooking the pool. There is a large stone built bar-b-que on the top terrrace.
Coast/Beach
Nearest sandy beach is 800m and close to Lindos memories. The beautiful secluded beach at St Pauls Bay is 1.5km, which is a popular place for weddings in the quaint chapel. Pefkos main beach is a similar distance. Glystera beach is 10 min by car, and Golden sands at Charaki 15 min.
Golf
There is a championship golf course on the island at Afantou, some 25 min away by car.

We would strongly recommend to explore the island fully, ending up in areas that many tourists rarely venture, you will experience secret coves, beaches, mountain villages, tavernas all wrapped within sensational scenery. Playing championship golf or visiting the fun water park. Snorkeling adventures or trips to the likes of the island of Symi are also top of many lists.
Travel
With car hire direct from Rhodes Airport well represented, you will be able to hire your car at a reasonable rate and be at Lindos (villa Aphrodite) within 45 minutes. We use a reputable local company and can recommend should you wish.
Rhodes, should you wish to explore, is all yours. With excellent roads, easy to navigate and in good condition you can do as much or as little driving as you want.
Distances
Rhodes Airport and Rhodes town are 40 minutes away by car. Lindos village and the magnificent Acropolis is a short walk or 2 mins by car.
Pefkos is a 15 minute walk, 4 mins by car with good quality restaurants and bars and has magnificent beaches, shops and tavernas.
5km further from Pefkos is Lardos, a more traditional glimpse of Greek life and has much to offer.
Approximately 40 minutes away is Prassonissi, the most southerly position of the island and is a favorite with windsurfers.
Further details
The lively village atmosphere of Pefkos is also only 2km away where tavernas, cafes, shops of all varieties can be found. Surrounded by the Navarone mountains (famed for the filming of Guns of the Navarone) and olive groves it is within walking distance of the stunning sandy beaches. For families easy access to go-karting, crazy golf and water sports.
Booking notes
To book Villa Aphrodite we require a deposit of 25%. The remainder we require 8 weeks prior to your chosen arrival date. Payment currency is UK pounds by personal cheque, internet bank transfer or Pay Pal. We require a damage bond of £150, this is refunded immediatley to you once we have confirmation no damage occured during your stay. We are very reasonable and will judge any breakages fairly.
