Our preferred changeover days are Wednesday and Saturday. Other days possible although this depends on time of the year. Arrival times are after 4pm and vacation time of villa is by 10am on your day of departure. Please ask for more details.

Note the size of Villa Lindos Kalliopi, as at 145 sq.m. as this is significantly more spacious than many family rental villas available. Villa Rhodos Poppy is 156sqm - again a superbly sized villa. The rental of either villa is fully inclusive of air-conditioning, water and electric - no hidden charges. A comprehensive Guest Services Manual will be provided in the villa and will contain local information, tips to get the most out of your villa and Rhodes itself. Both provide extensive, essential kitchen, dining and other household utensils to ensure you want for nothing. A cot and highchair can be made available on request prior to arrival. A variety of diverse family books, magazines, board games & DVDs will be left for complimentary use during your stay. We politely request that you stick to our strict no smoking rule. The villas are equipped with Wireless Internet access. Book early to be some of the first to enjoy the magnificence's each villa has to offer.

Accessibility
The villas are accessed through private, electronic gates. Secure private parking spaces beyond the private gates within the confines the grounds. Gates are controlled by electronic key fobs for extra security.
The villas are a very short drive (less than 1 minute) after you turn off the main Lindos Coast Road to Vlicha bay and beach.
Full, detailed directions are provided 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

Each villa enjoy front garden/driveway;Walled gardens with exotic planting and lighting. Rear gardens/pool terraces: Walled garden, exotics and lighting. Superb 8x4m overflow pool with lighting. Steps into pool, pool side shower.
Spacious sun terrace around pool area providing substantial space for sun bathing, entertaining and al fresco dining. Lawned areas in both gardens with contemporary glass wall finish. Outdoor masonry BBQ`s are also outside for delicious outdoor cooking. Hand made floor mosaics. Tables & chairs and outdoor sofas. Sun loungers.

The views from Villa Lindos Kalliopi represent virtually unrivalled panoramas over Vlicha Bay. The Mediterranean Sea entering the bay occupies a large percentage of your view as does the surrounding hills and countryside. The view is front line, uninterrupted & you feel part of the stunning Rhodes scenery surrounding you. Villa Rhodos Poppy has sea views but enjoys predominantly sweeping mountain views that enhances any stay.

Coast/Beach
The villas are right on the coastline at Vliha (Vlicha) Bay. With the beach always in sight, a short 5 minute walk will take you the beach and if you are looking for a quiet beach, unspoilt, to relax and get away from it it you are superbly positioned with either villa.
Vlicha Bay & beach is a small resort with a couple of hotels, a few beach-side tavernas, a mini market and a selection of water sports.
The countryside setting & majesty of the bay make the location of the villas second to none

Golf
The championship 18-hole golf course at Afandou is a 15 mins drive away. This is a quaint, award winning golf course on the waters edge of the Med.

Special interest holidays
The villas offer the perfect base with many opportunities for those who want the most out of Rhodes. Many couples elect to marry in Rhodes at St. Pauls Bay, 5 mins away at Lindos. This is a popular choice for a Lindian wedding. Why not marry and then plan a small champagne reception back at the villa, with the splendour of Rhodes surrounding you at your poolside gathering? Explore the historic wonders and stunning landscapes that Rhodes is second to none. We would strongly recommend to explore the island fully, ending up in areas that many tourists rarely venture, you will experience secret coves, beaches, mountain villages, tavernas etc all wrapped within sensational scenery. Playing championship golf or visiting the fun water park. Snorkeling adventures or trips to the likes of the island of Symi are also top of many lists. Classy nightlife at the likes of the nearby Lindos or Pefkos with high class restaurants and bars. Rhodes town is a labyrinth of history and shopping.

Travel
With car hire direct from Rhodes Airport well represented you will be able to hire your car at a reasonable rate and be either villa within 50 minutes. We will recommend a company to use should you wish or arrange a private transfer to collect you.
If you have hired a car you will find the excellent roads easy to navigate & you can do as much or as little driving as you want. If you wish to see more of the island and become more enchanted by its great charms we suggest at least 3 days car hire.

Distances
Rhodes Airport and Rhodes town are 50 minutes away by car.
Superb local supermarket just 5 minutes walk away.
Lindos and the magnificent Acropolis is a 5 mins car ride.
Pefkos is a real treat,with good quality restaurants and bars. Pefkos is around 5 minutes drive away.
5km further from Pefkos is Lardos, this offers a more traditional glimpse of Greek life and has much to offer.
40 minutes away is Prassonissi, the most southerly position of the island and is a favorite with windsurfers.

Further details
Rhodes lies approx 11 miles (18km) to the west of the Turkish shores, between the Greek mainland and the island of Cyprus. Rhodes is shaped like a spearhead, 79.7km long and 38km wide with a total area of approximately 1,398sq.km (540 sq.miles.) and a coastline of approximately 220km. Plenty to explore if you wish? The city of Rhodes is located at the far northern end of the island, including the site of the ancient and modern commercial harbour. In terms of flora and fauna, Rhodes is closer to Asia Minor than to the rest of Greece.
The interior of the country is mountainous, sparsely inhabited with the occasional, unspoilt villages and covered with forests of pine and cypress.
The Aegean Sea and Mediterranean Sea provide breathtaking coastline.
Known as "The Sunshine Island" Rhodes boasts and basks in more than 300 days of sunshine every year.
We are superbly postioned very close to Lindos, one of the key attractions of Rhodes. World famous and packed with history, tradition, charm, fine dining and an array of activities that cater for all tastes.
As well as the quiet beach area and cove that the villas overlook, you have nearby Plakia beach at Pefkos. We also reccommend a 15 mins drive to Glistra beach, another "secret" gem.
Other highlights we can suggest are Monolithos Castle, perched on a rock 787 feet high and dating from before 1480,you will enjoy the most amazing views.
The village of Siana stands on the south side of the 823m high Mount Akramytis and is famous for exquisite honey and the impressive church of Agios. Hunt down the quaint waterside taverna when you drive down the glorious Glyfada Bay. Our personal favourite place on Rhodes! You could choose the odd winery, olive grove, a sandy or a pebble beach, breathtaking archaeological sites, a quiet life or a vibrant nightlife. Rhodes is the perfect place to find absoloute balance.

Reserve now for remaining 2012 dates and also booking now for 2013 dates. To secure the dates you require simply place a deposit of 25% of your total bill. The remainder we require 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment currency is UK Pounds by personal cheque or PayPal (charges apply), or in Euro by bank transfer. To deter wilful neglect the total bill will include a £350 security bond and this is refunded immediately as per our Terms and Conditions (provided at time of booking).
