Large lawn and extensive patio for sunbathing and dining with shaded area, lighting, sun loungers and parasols. Designer furniture throughout and very modern kitchen/ bathroom (with bath, shower and WC) and extra downstairs WC. Terraces from both bedrooms with furniture and sea views. Independent remote controlled air conditioning. Large Greek style BBQ for evenings around the pool. Everything you could need for your holiday is provided including games, CDs, books and DVDs. Good quality bedding and towels provided. Less then 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach 20 minutes walk to Lindos. Shaded parking. Guests met on arrival and maintenance company on hand.

Changeover day
Wednesday or Saturday. Arrivals not before 4pm and departure before 11am (however, this can be flexible if we do not have another booking on the same day). Short breaks of 3-4 nights may be available dependant on availability.

We have arranged for a reputable local property company to maintain our villa. Their local agent will visit you when you arrive to ensure you are comfortable and to answer any questions. Coast/Beach
10 minute walk to the beach at Navarone Bay. Numerous beautiful beaches within close proximity, with water sports.

Golf
Golf course in Afandou (25 minutes away by car).
Travel
40 minutes drive from Rhodes airport. Either hire a car (villa is easy to find) or jump in a taxi (about 40 euros from the airport). We can recommed good value car hire firms if required.
Distances
The villa is located less than 1km from the breathtaking town of Lindos and 1.5km from Pefkos. Travel to both by foot or taxi (just flag down one of the numerous taxis at the end of our drive) or plenty of taxi phone numbers for you to use in the villa. Or travel from the bus stop at the end of the drive. The villa overlooks Navarone Bay made famous as the location where the 'Guns of Navarone' was filmed.
Plenty of bars/restaurants/supermarkets/bakeries etc. in nearby Lindos and Pefkas.
