"Oranges" is a newly built 3 bedroom villa situated in the small hamlet of Dendiatica, a popular olive clad village above the village of Loggos. The track known as "The Donkey Steps" terminates outside the front of the property and provides a beautiful walk into the village of Loggos (approx 5-6 mins down). Glyfada Beach is a beautiful cove that can be walked to from the property via a path that begins just ouside the property. Although newly built the property has been tastefully finished and provides charming features to include natural stone walls, open pine roof and solid granite floor and local architectural artifacts. Internally it is finished to a good standard and provides modern facilities to include washing machine and dishwasher. The outside area as the name of the house suggests plays host to many citrus trees and provides 2 pleasant patio areas. One shaded by a large clad pergola and the other by olive and orange trees.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and are changed on a weekly basis. The property is also cleaned on a weekly basis. Should anyone require any extra cleaning this can be arranged at a cost. |

Outside
The property benefits from 2 patio areas. 1 is covered by a large slatted pergola and the other secluded and shaded by olive and orange trees. There are teak tables on each patio with a total of 8 chairs. The gardens are stocked with mature citrus trees and beds stocked with various flowering shrubs and creepers.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is Glyfada. This is a small secluded cove that benefits from a healing volcanic spring at one end. This is known locally as one of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast of the island and we are lucky that it is within a few minutes walk of the property. A small track across from the house meanders its way through the olive groves to this tranquil spot.
