Lounge around the shaped mosaic tiled pool with arty turtles at the bottom. Enjoy your drink and watch the passing caïques and sailing boats only a few hundred meters away and listen to the cicadas. Hide under the olive trees and breathe peace and tranquillity. The main part of the villa consists of a lounge, dining and design kitchen area, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, divided over 2 levels. All bedrooms have unsurpassed sea views and small private balconies. Lounge and dining open to a large terrace and the spacious pool area. And of course there are shutters all around for shade and coolness. One level lower is a self-contained apartment with its own big terrace, bathroom and open kitchen and 3 bed bedroom area. There are views over olive groves, sea, and islands all around.

Changeover day

Notes on accommodation
The property has full central heating when required. Under-floor heating in lounge and two bathrooms. The bedrooms in the main part of the villa are air-conditioned, bathrooms with heated towel racks. The self-contained apartment is ideal for extra privacy for one couple or for children, perhaps with a nanny.

Accessibility
The ground floor with lounge, dining, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom is accessible to wheelchairs via a long ramp. Contact the owners for more information.
Outside
The large patio outside the lounge is partly covered so that you can eat outside in case of a rain shower or thunderstorm. The pergola provides an area of shade. There are views all around. The patio opens to the private pool area. The shaped pool (circa 40 square meter) is a feature, completely mosaic-tiled with images of turtles at the bottom. The surrounding terrace and garden is bordered by stone walls, and olive groves and looks out over sea and islands. Steps leading up to the olive grove give access to a shaded pebble platform over-looking the pool and beyond. Other steps lead down to the spacious terrace and garden of the apartment, one level below.
Coast/Beach
The coast and a small beach is only 7 minutes walking away. Larger beaches are nearby in Nidri (5 minutes by car) and further away near Lefkas town and on the wilder West Coast. There are many beaches on the Island of Lefkas some of which are world renowned and spectacular. Windmill beach in Lefkas town is a center for kite boarding.
Travel
Preveza Airport is only 40 minutes away. There are charter flights from may countries from May to October.
Distances
The town of Nidri is 1.5 kms distance and Lefkas town is 15kms.
