'Ilex' and 'Pefko' are situated in an idyllic location, close enough to all amenities, beaches and tavernas.The apartments are ideal for couples.The property is immersed in the green gardens of olive trees, cypress and shrubs. Both of them offer mountain views, while 'Ilex' offers also sea views. 'Pefko' is on the ground floor and 'Ilex' is on the first floor. There is a large swimming pool and children's pool for guests staying in the apartments. Both apartments have patio furniture but share a cloam oven and BBQ.

Changeover day
Bookings are flexible. Minimum stay 3 nights. The apartments are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to vacate the apartment not later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
The apartments are ideal for couples. Additionaly it is possible for a child to sleep on the couch in the sitting-dining area with a small supplement on the price.
Both apartments have: air conditioning, TV, iron/ironing board, washing machine, microwave, fridge, oven, hob/stove, high chair, cot.
Accessibility
Not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The apartments overlook the mountains, the landscaped gardens and the swimming pool. Both apartments have patio furniture and share a cloam oven and BBQ. There is a large shared pool and children's pool. A natural stone paved terrace and patio with sunbeds for the guests to use. Landscaped gardens surround the property. At night the pathways and pool are lit.
Coast/Beach
The beach of Agios Nikitas is 800m away from the villa, while other famous beaches such as Kathisma and Milos are a distance of 4km.
Travel
25km from Preveza-Lefkada airport. Taxis are available, while renting a car is most convenient. The important port of Igoumenitsa -120km away- is linked 3-4 times daily with ferries to the main Italian ports.
Distances
The picturesque village of Agios Nikitas takes around 20-25 mins walk downhill through olive groves and cypress trees or less than 5 min. by car. There is a good selection of shops, supermarkets and tavernas. Lefkas town is 13 km away.
