Changeover day
Changeover days Wednesday and Saturday. Other days of the week possible dependent on time of year. Arrival time: After 4pm. Vacation time: Before 12 noon.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have independent wall mounted air conditioning units. A travel cot and highchair are provided. Iron & ironing board provided. The villa rental cost is fully inclusive of air conditioning, water and electricity. A welcome pack containing useful essentials awaits guests on arrival. Villa Lindos Blue is strictly a no smoking property. A useful guest services manual is provided in the villa, it contains handy information along with contact phone numbers for our friendly villa management team.

Accessibility
The entrance to the villa is down a short set of steps from the private parking area.
Outside
Villa Lindos Blue is set on a large plot and has dedicated parking for several cars. The beautiful walled garden is well stocked with oleander plants along with olive and lemon trees. The extensive lawn area encompasses the villa from front and side aspects, it is perfect for a game of garden Jenga or Pétanque (both games provided). There's a spacious sun terrace with ample space for sun bathing (sun loungers provided). For alfresco dining there's a large wooden table, parasol and chairs. The villa also has its own traditional chimney BBQ. The swimming pool and surrounding tiled patio keep the sun throughout the day. There is a second huge patio area to the rear of the villa. The Blue Line development was completed in 2007 by Rhodes' most reputable and highly acclaimed developer, MIKOInvest. This really is a most exclusive and beautifully landscaped retreat, set into the hillside with spectacular sea views. Our villa is located at the far end in a truly peaceful location.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is just a few minutes away on foot with all the facilities of the Lindos Memories Hotel to hand. The main beach at Lindos offering water sports and boat trips is a few minutes away by car or less than half an hour on foot. Pefkos beach, 5 minutes the other way has smooth golden sand and crystal clear waters. Tsambika Beach is our favourite, it is truly stunning and said by many to be one of the best in Greece is a 25 minute drive away.
Golf
The award winning Afandou golf course is a 25 minute drive way.
Special interest holidays
Couples from all over the world choose to marry on Rhodes and the magical St Pauls Bay at Lindos has become a favourite for Lindian weddings. Villa Lindos Blue is minutes away and thus offers an ideal accommodation choice for couples getting married and their guests.
Travel
Car hire is recommended. All major car hire operators are represented at Rhodes Airport. Journey time from the airport to villa is just 40 minutes. Rhodes has an excellent road network, the roads are of a good quality and easy to navigate. We are happy to suggest car hire options, including family run M&S Rent a Car run by Paul & Mary. They even offer an airport transfer service whereby they will drive you to our villa if you don't fancy driving on arrival! See our website for more details.
Distances
Rhodes airport and historical Rhodes Town are around 40 mins away by car. Lindos, with its magnificent Acropolis, is just 5 mins drive away or 25 on foot. Pefkos village, 1.5km south of the villa has a beautiful beach along with plenty of shops, tavernas and bars. 5km beyond Pefkos is Lardos with its traditional Greek square. Prassonissi, the most southerly point on the island, is a half hour's drive. This is where the Mediterranean meets the Aegean and is a windsurfer's paradise!
Further details
Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands. It has become known as the ‘Sunshine Island' as it basks in more than 300 days of sun each year! Talk to anyone who has been - Lindos is very special. Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure. There is a £150 security bond, this is held by us and returned immediately after your holiday providing no damage has occurred. Of course we accept that accidents happen, the purpose of the bond is simply to deter wilful neglect of our villa and its furnishings. Payment currency is UK pounds by personal cheque or internet bank transfer.
