Changeover day
Bookings are Sunday to Sunday. The villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to vacate the villa not later than 10am on the day of departure.

Outside
Villa Olea is surrounded by natural stone walls, olive trees, shrubs, climbers and cacti. It has its parking space, private swimming pool 8.2m x 4.2m, all one depth. The large patio has patio furniture, a cloam oven and barbecue.
Villa Sparto has a private patio with furniture and barbecue. The patio has been imaginatively designed around an olive tree that gives natural shade. A large shared swimming pool, a jacuzziand patio has sunbeds for the guests to use. Olive trees and cypress surround the villa and at night, the pathways and pool are lit.
Coast/Beach
The beach of Aghios Nikitas is 800m away from villas, while other famous beaches such as Kathisma and Milos are a distance of 4 km.
Travel
25 km from Preveza-Lefkada airport. Taxis are available, while renting a car is most convenient. The important port of Igoumenitsa -120 km away- is linked 3-4 times daily with ferries to the main Italian ports.
Distances
The picturesque village of Aghios Nikitas takes around 20-25 min walk downhill through olive groves and cypress trees or less than 5 min by car. There is a good selection of shops, supermarkets and tavernas. Lefkas town is 13 km away.
