150 meters walk down the quiet lane to a sandy beach with crystal clear water. The villa is set in its own peaceful gardens in a hamlet on a steep hillside and has wonderful views towards the mainland and glorious sunsets. 5 minutes to the Greek resort of Nea Styra with its many restaurants, shops etc. Waymarked walking, variety of beaches, Ancient Greece history, are all around.

Changeover day
Preferred change-over day is Saturday but other days can be considered and we can be flexible for a supplement.

linen/maid service:
Bed linen and 2 towels per person per week are included. The property is cleaned before arrival and on Saturdays and Tuesdays.

 

Notes on accommodation
Heating/air conditioning unit upstairs. The ground floor maintains an ambient temperature. Beach very suitable for families, beach shelves gently, wonderful snorkelling.

Outside
Delightful gardens, large Karyston stone patio with barbecue facility. Shady roofed balcony. Plenty of outdoor chairs and beach umbrellas and beach chairs which can be left on the beach.

Coast/Beach
Mostly sandy gently shelving beach only frequented by locals just 150 metres from the house. Good snorkelling just off-shore. Plenty of other beaches including Aegean coves within short (20 mins) drive.

Travel
Athens airport is the nearest with flights from all major cities worldwide. If hiring a car (strongly recommended for full enjoyment) just over an hours drive brings you to the ferry port. The ferry takes 50 minutes and the house is 5 minutes drive from Nea Styra ferry terminal.

Distances
Nea Styra village 4 km, Ano Styra + Reouzi 8km, Karystos + Halkida approx 1 hour drive.

Booking notes
50% with booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to departure. £150 deposit with final payment held against damage. Bookings for next calendar year 20% reduction held for non-returnable £100 deposit with payment to make 50% due January 1st.
