Villa Dioynsos is a large luxury villa situated just outside of the coastal village of Sisi. The Villa is gated with a secure entry system. The outside covered bar and terrace stands to the left of the Villa and the pool and pool terrace is directly to the front of the property, the pool area is gated. The garden and driveway are well maintained with an abundance of trees and plants. The accommodation is situated on three floors, the open plan first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living area and dining area, with two large balconies, with additional dining and sitting facilities. A central staircase leads to the lower floor where you will find four double bedrooms with family bathroom, entry to the garage and laundry room. The top floor consists of the two double bedrooms with family bathroom and large balcony.

Notes on accommodation
Children are welcome, cot and highchair can be provided. Please note the use of the pool is at your own risk. Children to be supervised at all times by parents. All rooms have air-conditioning. All outside areas are maintained to a high standard and have electric lights.
Outside
Villa Dionysos private garden has a large outside terrace with pool, facing south west. The terrace is equipped with sun lounges and parasols. There is a large covered bar with a fridge/sink and bar stools, a separate terrace containing a stone BBQ and additional dining and sitting facilities. There is also an outside bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
Coast/Beach
Sisi beach is 5 min drive. Milatos beach is a 10 min drive, the large famous Sun beach at Malia is a 10 min drive. All beaches have sun beds/parasols, toilets, showers, first aid and restaurants and bars.
Golf
A golf course less than 25 min. from the villa is located.
Travel
Heraklion airport is 40 km from the villa, it is about a 35 min taxi ride. All car hire can be arranged from the airport.
Distances
The Villa is situated just outside of Sisi which is a large fishing village with hotels, beaches, a harbour, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and supermarkets and 8 from Malia which is a large town. Heraklion is 40Km away. It takes 10 mins to walk into Sisi.
Further details
There is a Minoan palace between Sisi and Malia which is still being excavated. The town of Agios Nickolaos is 40 km away and is a great place to visit the market and enjoy the harbour.
Booking notes
To reserve the accommodation the client should complete a booking form enclosing a 25% deposit of the total. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation being made within 6 weeks, prior to the date of arrival, unless the accommodation can be re-let. Full payment must be received two months prior to the date of arrival along with a separate cheque of 500 euros to be held as breakages and damage deposit.

many thanks for an amazing holiday, not only in terms of our villa but also regarding service. The villa itself was very spacious and even better than it looks in the pictures and there was ample room for the 11 of us. Indeed the outside bar area was brilliant when it came to feeding us all and even better for a barbeque. However the true beauty of this holiday was in the service. You were there to meet us on arrival, give us a tour of the house, show us the local area and guide us as to the best places to eat and shop. You even took us shopping so we would not have to carry the bags back ourselves. Whatever we needed you aimed to provide whether it was my contact lenses after i lost them or even something as simple as where the best beaches could be found. Luxury villas exceeded its name both in terms of accommodation and service. I would recommend using luxury villas to everyone as Audrey always ensures a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

After having enjoyed our own ‘home away from home’ for a few years and gotten to know the local people and the surroundings a little better, we decided to construct a few villas to be let for luxurious holidays. We were convinced that Sisi and the surrounding area would be ideal for the holidaymaker that values tranquility, privacy and comfort. and so it is, there really is something for everyone here. beautiful beaches, great local fish tavernas etc. We are looking forward to welcome you in our villa.
