These luxury apartments have been lovingly built by the Caraosta family and are new for the summer 2007. The attic apartments have timbered ceilings open plan living/dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and bathroom. The attics are situated within a luxury villa complex comprising 8 villas, shared private pool, gardens and bar serving snacks. The complex is newly built for June 2007 and is located in the sleepy Greek countryside set amongst citrus and olive groves. It is possible to visit the beaches of Kalamaki and Laganas both a few minutes in the car or 20 minute stroll to the resort center of Laganas, cosmopolitan Zante Town is a five minute drive away.

The attic apartment has timbered ceiling with a open plan living area comprising sofa bed, dining table, TV and DVD player. The kitchen has full oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery. The bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes linen is provided. The bathroom has toilet, wash asin, full-size bath with overhead shower, towels provided. The balcony looks out over the pool and the surrounding mountains and countryside. |

Notes on accommodation
The attics have full air-conditoning. Due to stairs the attics are not recommended for people with health problems or children under the age of 11 years.
Accessibility
Unfortunately the Attics are not suitable for children under the age of 11 years or people with health/mobility problems.
Outside
There is an outside shared pool with free sunbeds, parasols and shared gardens.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Zante are famous, especially Laganas and Kalamaki for the visiting Loggerhead Turtles. Laganas being 2 min car drive and Kalamaki 2 mins or if you prefer a 10 min walk to Laganas. Laganas is perfect choice for those who love intense nightlife! The wonderful, sandy beach of Laganas is the largest on the island (9km total length). Kalamaki is an ideal resort for those who prefer something a bit quieter. Both beaches are clean and have shallow water ideal for children.
Special interest holidays
Diving and walking can be undertaken on the island. All specialist interest holidays can be catered for if required.
Travel
Solomos airport is a 5 min drive from the Complex, a free airport transfer is available when booking a stay with us. Car hire is recommended and can be booked through our English speaking representative upon arrival if needed. The port of Zakynthos is a 10 min drive approx 7km for complex.
Further details
There is a local supermarket offering fresh produce 200m from complex and a popular local traditional greek taverna offering tradtional Greek food and live music 500m walk. You can find many different restaurants and bars that cater for everybody’s taste in either Laganas or Kalamaki also neighbouring Zante town and another popular resort of Argasi both a 10 min drive. It is possible to take a boat trip to visit the protected Turtle Island where the protected Turtles lay there eggs or visit the Blue Caves and the famously photographed shipwreck.
Booking notes
20% non refundable deposit of rental fee due when booking Attics and full payment of balance upon arrival. Payment can be made by Visa, debit card, and Paypal. Free aiport transfer is included in the price as well as a small welcome pack containing local wine, water, bread and fresh fruit.
