Villa Nereus is one of 4 newly built villas set on a hillside overlooking the bay of Milatos and close to Sisi. Entering the complex through a private drive with secure entry system the villa stands to the left overlooking the bay. The garden holds the large pool with terrace, outside covered bar, with fridge, sink, BBQ and outside WC and Shower. The accommodation is situated on three floors, the open plan first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living area and dining area, utility room, WC and large terrace, with additional dining and sitting facilities. A central staircase leads to the lower floor where you will find two large double bedrooms with family bathroom and the self contained studio apartment, which sleeps four with own bathroom. Entry to the garage is also on this floor. The top floor consists of two master bedrooms with family bathroom and large balcony.

Notes on accommodation
Children are welcome, cot and highchair can be provided. Please note the use of the pool is at your own risk. Children to be supervised at all times by parents. The top floor has air-conditioning. All outside areas are maintained to a high standard.
Outside
Villa Nereus private garden has a large outside terrace with pool, facing south east. The terrace is equipped with lounge table and chairs, sun lounges, parasols, stone BBQ, large covered bar with fridge/sink and bar stools, the terrace and villa have electric outside lights. There is also an outside toilet, shower and basin.
Coast/Beach
Milatos beach is a 5 min drive, Sisi beach is 7 min drive. The large famous Sun beach at Malia is a 10 min drive. All beaches have sun beds/parasols, toliets, showers, first aid and resturants and bars.
Golf
A golf course less than 30 min from the villa.
Travel
Heraklion airport is 40 km from the villa, it is about a 35 min taxi ride. All car hire can be arranged from the airport.
Distances
The Villa is situated 3km from Milatos which is a small fishing village with supermarkets, resturants, bars and shops. Around 4km to Sisi which is a larger fishing village with hotels, beaches, a harbour, resturants, bars, pharmacy and supermarkets and 8 from Malia which is a large town. Heraklion is 40Km away.
Further details
There is a Minoan palace between Sisi and Malia which is still being excavated. The town of Agios Nickolaos is 40 km away and is a great palce to visit the market and enjoy the harbour.
Booking notes
To reserve the accommodation the client should complete a booking form enclosing a 25% deposit of the total price.The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation being made within 6 weeks, prior to the date of arrival, unless the accommodation can be re-let. Full payment must be received two months prior to the date of arrival along with a separate cheque of 500 euros to be held as breakages and damage deposit, to be returned after the Villa is checked for damage.

The villa was everything that we had hoped for, very spacious and the layout and surrounding area were perfect for us. The car hire that was arranged for us, being taken to the villa and collected and taken back to the airport at the end of our holiday was fantastic, a service that I have never received on any previous holiday. Audrey was very helpful, giving us good advice on the surrounding areas, beaches, restaurants and even arranging a babysitter for us so we could have an evening out without our children. We were all sorry to leave and would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Nereus to anybody, it goes without saying that we would hope to return again soon.

Fifteen years ago my husband and I came to Crete for the first time on a holiday. It was love at first sight and it wasn’t long before we decided to buy a piece of land to build our holiday home. After having enjoyed our own ‘home away from home’ for a few years and gotten to know the local people and the surroundings a little better, we decided to construct a few villas to be let for luxurious holidays. We were convinced that Sisi and the surrounding area would be ideal for the holidaymaker that values tranquility, privacy and comfort. and so it is, there really is something for everyone here. beautiful beaches, great local fish tavernas etc. We are looking forward to welcome you in our villa.
